Way over priced and the owner/manager will rush you to decide on what you want when they have a thousand different colors and types of polish. I will say most of the techs are friendly and not pushy. Nails come out as I imagined but I’m not into paying $ 90 a visit for refill and polish with no design and basic pedicure. Especially when you get your nails done as often as I do.

I’m writing this in hopes the owners actually read it. My first couple of trips were great, but the last was awful. I chose a polish fora refill and Ronnie tried to talk me into getting powder instead of polish, I made it clear to him that I didn’t want to spend the extra money to pay $ 40 every two weeks just to change my nail color. When getting my refill, he insisted on popping off most of my nails and completely redoing them; I thought that when nails are removed there should be a soak off procedure so as not to rip any of the natural nail. He hit the skin on my finger so many times with the drill that I stopped him and had to instruct him on how to hold my finger to avoid hitting my skin. When the lady doing my pedicure gave me the menu of services, I was handed a menu with prices of only $ 50 to $ 65, and I’ve never paid so much for a pedicure. I asked him for the least expensive and he wouldn’t show me any other packages. I then when to their website on my phone, and showed the pedicure lady that they had prices as low as $ 30 listed, she walked away to ask Ronnie about it. I don’t understand why people doing pedicures aren’t familiar with the services offered. When he returned I told him I wanted the cheaper advertised prices and he said«They don’t come with what the other packages include.» I said that’s fine, I just wanted something basic. Afterward, I felt my cuticles still weren’t soft, so not worth the $ 30 I paid. I think it’s unethical to not give people all of their pricing options and I shouldn’t have had to look up prices on my phone online to get him to agree to a cheaper service. I’ll be looking into other nail establishments for future services.

One star for a beautiful spa. But If you want nail services please go elsewhere. I got shellac on my natural nails and the tech whipped out this card that states if u do not get a manicure($ 12 extra) they cannot guarantee ur shellac will last the usual 14days. That right there was a RED Flag & I wanted to walk out because I’ve never gotten a manicure with my shellac and never had a problem with it lasting 2 + weeks. Sure enough my shellac chipped in TWODAYS! My sister and friend got powder nails and were over priced and even broke a nail within 4 days. Every nail salon serves drinks now a days. Here are a few nail salons I visited that I’ve had good experiences with that are reasonably priced: Silverlake Nail Spa, B&B Nails in Country place, Raindrops on beltway, Solar Delux in Houston. Even Walmart. Point is you want fly nails & smooth feet that last and get ur money worth.

The only drawback, and and really this is for the staff, is that you cannot leave a tip on your credit card. You have to have cash to tip.

These reviews are disappointing to read because I’ve had only good experiences here. Yes the man that runs the front(possibly manager/owner) is rude sometimes but the experience makes up for it. For nails ask for Ronnie and Phoebe for pedicures. They give soda, water, drinks complimentary. Even chips lol. Their menu of services is crazy! Definitely can find something you like! Plus, they always have a good movie playing! If you’re in Pearland, check them out.

STAYFARAWAY! Disgusting and gross restrooms. My nail tech was eating and rubbing his eyes while doing my manicure. I went in yesterday for powder nails with a round tip and chose 2 different colors as I usually do. Anywhere else the price was always $ 35 for this service, so imagine my shock and surprise when these MOFOs told me $ 60! $ 60 fucking dollars. I was livid, then the owner and his wife wanted to argue me down about the price. If you decide to frequent this sht hole, make sure you ask the pricing on any and every you ask them to do so you won’t be overcharged and ripped off in the end. I will never go here again!!!

I came here on Saturday for a VIP party for my best friend. At first the staff was great and helped us set up the decorations. Once everyone arrived, we kind of just sat in the room. They didn’t have enough people to work on all of us at the same time. The birthday girl ended up waiting about 20 minutes with her feet just soaking until someone could attend to her. We all got manicures and pedicures. As for my personal experience with the service, the pedicure was amazing and the lady was very nice. When it came to someone doing my hands. This lady wasn’t polite at all. She kept walking away and would come back eating. She did that throughout the entire process, which I think it personally gross. Who eats while they are working with someone’s hands?! That just doesn’t seem sanitary to me. She was rough with my hands and got upset that I didn’t want to pay extra for a fancier manicure. Overall the service was okay. The VIP room needed to be cleaned before we got there though. There was dirt on the floor, empty cups, and chip bags behind the seats and the remote controls on the chairs were filthy. This is the second Lexus Nail spa in pearland but I definitely prefer the first one over this one. Not sure we will be back.

came here a long time ago when it first opened, they did good so I came back even though it was a bit pricey. Went back a second time & it was horrible. So I didn’t go back. Really over priced & you’re not getting great service. We went back a week ago(after years of going) for a «VIP» party. It was horrible. The nail tech kept insisting I get a $ 50 pedicure, I told her no & she kept being persistent. She kept telling me that it was the best one & I just stuck to a $ 37 pedicure they had. So she got upset that I didn’t want the pedicure she wanted me to get. No smiles. No conversation, rushed my pedicure, & did a horrible job. My nails looked bad! I think my feet soaked longer than her doing all the stuff she’s supposed to do, didn’t cut cuticles & barely did anything else! I had to have her change the polish bc I originally wanted white tip. They looked so bad so I just had her change my color to pink. My sister’s pedicure wasn’t great either, she got a shellac manicure & her polish came off in 3 days! For $ 85 service it was BAD! The frozen drink they had was tasty but everything else was horrible! Definitely won’t be going back! I don’t think anyone we went with liked their service, especially for the price!
