If I had to describe my experience in one word, it would definitely have to be «amazing». Mr John is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The quality of the workmanship and the quickness of Mr John, makes me forget about every other service shops. I brought my PCs and Laptops here to get fix, and I could pick up after 2 – 3 hours (on time). Even holidays was around, but Mr John tried his best to help me, he texts me when it’s ready to pick up. Specially, Mr John is an honest person I have met. Most shops I had went to, they charged me and arm and leg, but Mr John will tell you exactly what the problems. Even if you are not tech savvy, John will take time to explain to you. And he will shows you what to do to take care your computer after all. I highly recommend this place to all friends, family, and you. Thanks Mr John.

First time here. When I got to the door it was closed, so I called the number and Mr. John answer and said he was grabbing something to eat. So I said I’ll wait he said no I’ll be there in 5 min. I was impressed how much he cares about he’s customers. Very friendly and we’ll know about he’s business. I showed him my laptop I haven’t turn on in years he told me everything just by turning it on. And told me what he would do and how I’ll be happy with the work he will do on my laptop. I was in a hurry to get it that same day and it happen. I was so happy when I went to go pick it up he showed me so many thing how I can prevent from virus and to maintain my computer clean at all times. Now who will do that? No one this dayside they take advantage of you. But Mr John very honest person best I know so far and very fast. If u want a great deal and fix it and fast this is the PLACE TO COME IM TELLING YOU.

John was great! He pulled my drive recycled my old tower verified that the drive was good and sent me to best buy to get my case for the drive. He did this all for free!

I had the screen on my ipad mini replaced here and they did a great job. I needed it done ASAP as I was heading out of town and they stayed open late to get it done for me. They also did it for less money than the other places I talked to and those places couldn’t get it done the same day. Definitely a recommended place for your IT repairs.

Great customer service! I took my computer to be repaired and Mr. John had everything ready within 24 hours. Not only did Mr. John fix my computer, he showed me how to keep my computer running at optimal levels. If you need your computer repaired take it to Mr. John. He’s the best.
