Dont take your vehicle here unless your in the mood to get JEWed. Definitely Not HONEST, or RELIABLE. Was referred to Mikes automotive by Discount Tire. Called Mike a couple times to see if his shop was busy or not. First time he recommends me to come another day. 2^nd time BZ. 3^rd time he told me to come in at 12:45. I asked if he had wifi for waiting customers so I could do my HW because I’m a student at The University of Houston. I got there at 12:30. My truck doesn’t get into the bay until like 3 because he doesn’t wanna say no, i’m busy today. He did this to make sure he has someone lined up so he doesn’t lose out on any money hes gonna OVERCHARGE your ass. When i arrived, there was another student from U of H studying there as well waiting her her car and there was this angry looking guy waiting on Mike. As i sat there long enough. I found out that while they were on a test drive with the angry customers car and it was possibly totaled. At that point i was thinking, damn. Should I leave? he hasn’t even acknowledge me and hasn’t taken my keys and I’ve been here for about 15 mins. while hes on the phone with future potential victims. You saw me come in. at least give me a «hey i’ll be right with you.» So it was my turn. I tell him about my issue thats going on at the rear of my truck and describe to him what was going on. He test drives the car, come back and tells me that my front needs to be changed because its shaking when the brakes are used. His recommendation isn’t my issue, he was correct about his analysis about the front but in the end my issue on the rear of my truck still wasn’t fixed. And he quotes me a price of 520 something bucks. I tell him let me call a friend to get a 2^nd opinion. before i make the call he tells me «how about i do this, i’ll do it for 460». This price is suppose to be for Replacing NEW rotors and NEW brake pads and Alignment. I tell the person i called and he said it was a reasonable price. Then i give him the OK to do the work. Then he starts taking other phone calls and he forgot about ordering my part or calling to see if he could get it delivered to him. After about 30 mins he tells his worker to take my rotors to the auto part shop to match them up so he can get the right one for my car. I guess when he got there the worker told mike they didn’t have it or something. So i’m thinking hes gonna go somewhere else to pick them up… or so i thought. I was there almost 4 plus hours listening to mike smooth talk his customers into coming in and getting shitty work done. I walked out to my truck after it was finished and looked at the rotors… Hmm new rotors? why tha hell does it have rust all over them? I just wanted to get out of there because I was starving my ass off from sitting there practically all day watching mike get a pizza when he had me waiting there all day and didn’t wanna go back in and listen to Mike bullshit me so I left. After it all, all mike did was change my front brakes which cost him probably 30 bucks or less, and resurface my rotors with a machine that he probably had inside his shop or he could of told his worker to take them somewhere to make them even again which cost somewhere around 10 – 15 bucks. I know this because i just recently had my rear rotors replaced and they cost me 125 for both NEW rear rotors and ceramic brakes for a little more at 50 bucks. And Guess how the alignment was? Yea it was pulling to the right. Mike got to take advantage of two struggling college students in one day. Crashed a Car. doesn’t use NEW parts isn’t reliable at all. He does have a mouth piece on him though, talks real well. Good ability to have but not the way it should be used. Hate to do this to you Mike but how are you gonna stand there and lie to my face and say people come back because you «do good work and using the Best parts» for your customers? Wouldn’t have been a problem if you did what you said instead of telling people what they wanna hear so you can get your EZ money.

My husbsnd and i have been using mike for the last 7 years. His team is so knowledgeable and works quickly. You will not be disappointed.

Was referred to Mike by Discount tire. Since my job does plenty of business with Discount, 20+ cars, I took their advice. What was suppose to be a simple wheel repair has turned into a day and a half waiting just to get the issued looked at. It took two more visits cause I can’t either get him on the phone or get a straight answer, to get work going. Mind you I am not promised my car until tonight, we will see If that happens. Mike does not return calls is not at the shop when you go by and his crew has no idea where he is. When you do get him on the phone all you get is a promise of another call back. It’s very apparent the he is overbooked and cannot say no. I think Mike is a personable guy and his price was very reasonable. I would not send my kids there to get their cars worked on, BTW I own five cars. Very disappointed in both Discount Tire and Mike.

Wow! Top notch service, honest, reliable and professional. The owner, Mike Fiore has been servicing our vehicles for about 4 years now and I wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else. I have referred his shop to many clients and friends and all have been impressed with their attention to detail and honesty.

This is the place to stop by to get your alignment done. I just want to thank Mike and Ryan for getting me taken care of really quick. I’ve been using Mike and his team for my automotive repairs for nearly 8 years. They do excellent work at a VERY reasonable price. Though they specialize in mufflers/​exhaust, brakes, alignments & tune-​ups, there’s not a lot that they can’t do. I’ve had a/​c work done, electrical issues, fuel pumps, water pumps, etc. If you have any kind of problem, chances are they can fix it. Sounds like I may have a lot of mechanical issues but actually, I have a carlot in Pearland and so I’ve had a large number of repair work over the years. Mike is very personal as well as informative. I feel very comfortable sending my customers to him, because I know he takes good care of them. If you are looking for a good mechanic (who’s reasonable) that you can trust, go by and see for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.
