Pearland Health Care

I don’t have a problem with Dr. Schmidt. She’s honest, I appreciate that. Seeing some of these reviews, it’s kind of shocking. The only bad thing I would have to comment would be trying to call in, I get put on hold for awhile. (sometimes 4 – 5 mins) But, you get that anywhere. It’s close to home, I would recommend Pearland Health Care.

I dont like going to the doctor but sometimes it is nessary. I went to Pearland Health Care and the receptionist vas very friendly and caring. After a short wait I saw the doctor and she took care of my needs. I total recommend this care group for your health care needs. Thanks Dr. Schmitt

My wife was a 1^st time patient and had an appointment at 1:00PM. She went in earlier to give her ample time to fill out her paper work. When she walked in to check in at 12:50PM for the appointment the receptionist told her to fill out the paper work in the car because they were still eating lunch. When she did finally get let back in the unprofessionalism continued. My wife is breast feeding our newborn and so is concerned about what she puts into her body. The Dr made recommendations of items that are not approved for breast feeding. Furthermore the doctor told her to stop nursing all together. No one should be treated in this manner. A doctor should work with the patient and find the best treatment option.

I called to make an appointment, and who ever answered the phone was rude and not very informed. I asked one question and was put on hold three times, before the phone was passed on to another lady who was extremely rude. She asked me a question, and when I was trying to explain to her that what she was asking was not even relevant to what I told the previous lady, she said «UM YOU DIDN’T EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION SO WHY DON’T YOU GO AHEAD AND DO THAT FIRST». How can I answer a question that was completely irrelevant and didn’t even pertain to what I was trying to get done? She then put me on hold for over five minutes to «check for an appointment time» and never took me off hold. I don’t think that’s the kind of place I want to trust with my health.

Been waiting for an hour and a half and still haven’t seen the doctor yet. I’m sure she’s a nice lady but I’m walking out.
