Went to this place because my favorite shop in town closed, another shop I went to was busy and these guys weren’t. Had a problem with a speaker cutting out. They told me it is the speaker even though I said I already had them replaced once — Fine — I believed them. I did not want to get expensive speakers in case the problem persists. I really should have done more research instead of making a stupid decision on the spot but I said OK to their «cheapest» speakers and got charged $ 150 for QPower speakers + install. Later when I did some research turns out that these speakers are just $ 35 for the pair! There is no way that installation is $ 120 considering that I already had aftermarket speakers. so it is just take the old ones out and put new ones in. This shop has poor selection and charges WAY too much. In the end the same problem was there — they said it is probably the amp now. I wish they would actually troubleshoot stuff. Turns out they were wrong twice — the problem is with one of the outputs on the head unit.
