Sandwiches are decent. They have a french dip you can make. I just dont like their ordering process. The bags are too much trouble. Just have a menu and take my order!

Let’s be straight here. I enjoy the food. Can I get a sub with coleslaw on it other places — Nope! That’s awesome. The chocolate chip cookies are made with some kind of pixie dust that turns me into a cookie monster. What kills me is the price you pay for this stuff. Delicious but overpriced by far. You would think that the more industrial type ambiance would lead to higher quality at similar prices to other chains. But they are continually priced higher for what you get. That places it at the bottom of my sub chain hierarchy.

Which Wich is one of my favorite sandwich places. I was spoiled when I lived in Shadow Creek since it was literally right down the road from my apartment. Now that I’m on the other side of town, it’s not as easy to get to it, but it is worth the drive. Just like Andrew L., I first discovered Which Wich in Austin(the Drag location) while attending college. It really has grown from the one bag option and the newspaper clippings lined in the store to read while you wait. The amount of options(ingredients, size of the sandwich, hot or cold), the salads, lettucewhich, milkshakes, etc. keeps me coming back for more. I’m a creature of habit, so I almost always get turkey when I come here but I have had chicken, egg salad, hummus, and the turkey club. I’ve never had their breakfast and oddly enough, I don’t think I’ve ever had their tuna(which is one of my favorites in general). This last time that I got a turkey sandwich, the meat seemed to be more salty, so I don’t know if my taste has changed or if they are using a different type of deli meat. I’ve ordered online and have not had any problems. The meal was ready to go when I got to the store. The Oreo milkshake is the bomb. If you like cookies and cream, you need to try this shake at least once. It’s so good though so I try not to get them every time I go in because I’m sure their loaded with calories(as a good milkshake should be). The staff is usually friendly enough. I’ve had some staff that were really friendly, and others who were nice enough. I haven’t had a bad experience here though and that makes me happy since this is one of my favorite places. Now that this area has grown, it can be a little difficult getting a parking space right near the door. But I like the location since it’s next door to Jamba Juice. I can get a sandwich and smoothie in one visit!

Typically not a sandwich ordering person but will say this place isn’t bad at all. The Cuban is my favorite and the staff are friendly and quick. Great for a quick lunch

We’ve never had anything but delicious sandwiches here except for one time. On that fateful day, I foolishly ordered this new gyro thing they were trying to push. It was the worst sandwich ever and I don’t think it lasted very long– not surprisingly. Worst. Thing. Ever. But like I said, we have loved which wich every other time. #almostdied #neverforget

Don’t bother doing a walk-in here. They often put your order behind online and large call-in orders. The food is reasonable, better than subway but the customer service lacks any sense of urgency for in-store orders and they’ve wrecked my quick lunch plans a least three times(today’s 22 minute wait in a quarter full restaurant being the last). As for the corporation, their rewards program doesn’t really offer much compared to chains like Starbucks so the slightly high pricing can’t be mitigated by regular visits. So long, Which Wich.

Service was okay, but the food was mediocre to be polite. I was there with the bf and we each got something different. I wanted just a regular turkey and cheese with the basics. I asked for mustard on it and when I got it it was DRENCHED in mustard. It was all I could taste. To top it off it had 4 pieces of Turkey that was it, for 6+ dollars. The bf got the egg salad sandwich and it just tasted like mayo. We threw our sandwiches away after 2 bites. Will NEVER go back.

Good tasting sandwiches and have good selection of fresh toppings. I personally love there salad bowls. The serving is more than enough and delicious. They always make mine just the way I like it.

Which Wich are by far my favorite large chain sub shops! Beats the pants off Subway or Quiznos any day! In college, we would visit the one on campus at least 3 – 4 times a week. This one seems pretty typical and the sandwhich I had was delicious as always. If you’ve never been, they don’t have you tell them what you want, you make check marks on the items you want included on a paper bag which they send down the assembly line to make you an amazing sandwhich! They also have really good vegetarian options, I love their black bean pattys!!! Go check them out.

I haven’t been to a which wich since my days in College at Austin. They have definitely stepped up their selection. When I 1st went, they only had 1 bag, now they have multiple bags for different meats and options. I enjoy those brown paper bags and have started to save them if I really like a particular sandwich. Clean facility, and friendly staff, the weekday lunch crowd is moderate, but usually no longer than a 5 minute wait.

We went for an early lunch. This was my first experience at this restaurant chain. The employees were not welcoming, nor were they very helpful. Some of the tables had not been cleaned. They were not busy, so I do not understand why at least one employee could not have done a quick table clean. The sandwiches were good; the bowl my husband got was awful. Meat was just thrown on top of ugly lettuce. Then the Cheese Whiz he ordered was in a plastic container and ice cold. He asked for another one, warm-up, but they gave his another cold one. I would not waste time or money going to this place. There are so many better restaurants in this area. It was a HUGE disappointment.

I like the concept of the bags where you write what you want. Plus it’s fun to draw/write on the back to see exactly where my sandwich is! However it’s not fun when people don’t write what they want, but only tell the cashier and it gets put into your sandwich!!! Spicy bean patties surprised me when I thought it was turkey bacon ranch! I was vegetarian that meal. I also had another issue when ordering online with a coupon. Definitely like the option of ordering online. it’s really easy, just don’t forget to add your name at the bottom. So when I ordered online and tried to enter the coupon code it didn’t apply it. It was only a dollar off, but still. When I went in to pick up the food and told them about the issue, the cashier wasn’t helpful. At that point i had already paid, so the damage was done. I’ll still go back because the chicken pesto was really good. They have fresh ingredients, and most add-ons don’t require an additional fee.

Fun concept, kind of like Bullritos with marking on the paper bags. Pretty big sandwiches for your money, but I think their choices are what’s best. Pesto chicken? Tasty. You can also add crispy onion strings!

I think my fascination with this place is with their brown paper bags. You go in, pick the bag you want(mine as turkey) and then decide how you want your sandwich … white or wheat, heated or cold, and then your toppings. They have some interesting combinations, so I imagine you could create pretty much any sandwich that you wanted, which makes it great(and leaves little room for error on the part of the sandwich maker). I also love their chips(like Ruffles, but way better), although I typically do not get them. They also have cookies and shakes, but I do not partake in those so I have no opinion on them. Clean facility, but longer than normal wait time IMHO. Still, totally worth it!

Big fan of this place though I can confirm what some others have said… 1) Its always super friendly and chill, even when there are way too many people inside. 2) there seem to be WAY too many choices for my oft-indecisive mind(but i don’t consider it a bad thing, I just try to pre-game by looking at a menu at home before i go) 3) the sandwiches are on the small side, but I actually see this as a good thing because when I go to Subway or the like, I feel like the half size is too small but a footlong is way too big. for me, Which Wich is just about right. The food quality has always been good, the interior is quirky and fun, service is always friendly and laid back, but the only complaint I have is the water. Now, I love me some Brita but i’m not above tap water by any means. However, the water that comes out of the fountain somehow tastes exactly like what electrical fire smells like. I’m usually a big water drinker so my choice is either buy soda or deal with water that tastes like Radio Shack. If they could fix that up, I’d give it a 5 :)

Pretty much your typical sandwich place. You get to mark on paper bags the type of sandwich you want with anything on it you can imagine. The staff has always been really nice and the facility is pretty clean. It’s a cool concept for a sandwich shop with the whole paper bag deal but personally I’m just tired of stinkin sandwiches!

Went to Which ‘Wich this past Sunday for a quick lunch. The sandwich I got was the chicken parma and it was really good, but really really small. If I were to get two its starts getting to expensive to be really convenient anymore. The place was packed so the service was pretty slow. I did think it was a fun idea with how they set the whole thing up, marking on a brown bag what you want on your sandwich and then having it served to you in that. So great if you want something to eat, have some time and aren’t that hungry.

Came here for the first time on Sunday evening and my visit pretty much confirmed my low to moderate expectations, though all that metal was a surprise. The service provided to a couple of newcomers was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which was good since the bag order process involves markers, brown paper bags, and absolutely no pictures of any kind. The basic combo is about $ 8 and includes a 6″ sandwich, a small bag of chips, and a drink. A little pricey, though not by much, in comparison to its competitors for a comparable meal. I’ll probably come back to try and find the best combination of toasted bread and turkey they have to offer but it will probably be a while. 2.5 stars.
