With 27 years shoe fitting experience we decided to hang our own shingle and bring a Running Specialty Store to Pearland Texas and Brozoria County.

Business Owner

Ran Track and Cross Country at Lamar High School and then University of Texas at San Antonio. Sold Running Shoes at local Houston store for 21 years and then went onto to being a Sales rep for New Balance shoes for 7 years.

Opened Wild Pear Running in May of 2014.

I always dread going shopping for running shoes because I know it’s going to take all day & I always end up going home with nothing. Went to Wild Pear, they did a fair analysis, tried on three shoes, found the perfect ones, checked out and left. BEST RUNNING SHOES SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! Also, friendly staff!

I went to Wild Pear yesterday to just try on a few shoes to get an idea of what I liked. Chris, the associate working, was very helpful. He did a brief gait analysis and then pulled 4 pair of shoes to start. He was so patient and understanding (I have a very hard time making decisions). After trying on 8 different pair of shoes I finally chose one. I can not speak for the shoes just yet but I can tell you the customer service was excellent.
