History

Established in 2012.

Co-​owners Erik Contzius & Monica Flaherty have established themselves and Make Tech Better, Inc. as the place to go for technology solutions. Erik has been a technologist since the early 80’s. He is passionate about all things tech and loves teaching and empowering his clients. Monica has over 20 years of tech consulting experience and has had the pleasure of working with both small firms and Fortune 500 companies.

I got my first computer back in the early 80’s: It was an Apple II+. Ever since, I’ve been fascinated with technology and computers and their ability to make our lives easier and more rich. I hold degrees in Psychology and Music in addition to Making Tech Better for myself and others for almost three decades.
