What a terrible company. Surprising they are still in business.
Most companies pride themselves on customer service and DOING THE RIGHT THING!
This company does NOT!
Their employees offer the wrong pricing all the time.
They cancel reservations with no notice.
They have caused several problems for us, I can’t imagine they could care much for a customer.
I’d recommend avoiding at all costs.

Just wanted to take a moment and provide an update on my latest experience with Settembre. I pasted a copy of my original review from last year below. Settembre continues to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across. For anyone who decides to use this company for any service I wish you luck, you are going to need it. At this point in time, my husband and I are contacting the Better Business Bureau.
As I stated last year, the owner of the company was apologetic for causing such an unpleasant experience at the end of our wedding reception in June 2009. He did want to try to make it up to us but since we live in Boston that was going to be difficult. It has now been 1 year since our experience and my husband and I took a cruise out of NY to celebrate our anniversary. Though we did not necessarily need a car service for the trip (my parents are in the area and could drop off/​pick us up), we thought we would call Settembre to give them a chance the make good on their offer from last year by picking us up from our vacation this past Saturday. When Settembre was called, they said several times someone would call back but no one ever did. After several calls, one final attempt was made during with we were put on hold and ultimately hung up on. No one ever came back to the phone. This is a repeat of everything we had originally experienced with the company last year. They have very poor customer service and never return calls or follow through on what they say they will do.

Warning Do Not Use this company… They are totally Unreliable and Unorganized
My husband and I got married on June 6^th 2009. We reserved a town car from Settembre to pick us up at the end of our reception in South Salem to bring us to our hotel in Rye. The car was supposed to come at 12:00. At 12:30, our guests were long gone and we were waiting with no town car in sight.
When our reception site finally got in touch in with Settembre, they gave us the name of Ed and told us to call his number. Ed was called and his wife answered (it sounded like they were sleeping) Ed told us he was on another job (lie #1, Ed was at home).
At this point it was late and my parents ended up taking us to our hotel. Who wants their parents to bring them to the hotel on their wedding night???
The next morning we called Settembre again from the airport (before we left on our honeymoon). This time they told us they were sorry and Ed thought his night was already over (lie #2). We told them we would be in touch when we returned.
We returned on the 15^th of June and my mother told us that while we were away Settembre called and said they were there to pick us up at 12:30 (lie #3). We were there waiting at 12:30
On the week of the 15^th, my husband called several times. The sales manager Chris told us he was unaware of the issue and would call us back. We got no call. My husband called again and was told the owner would be getting back to us. He never did. The following Monday, June 22^nd, my husband finally spoke to the owner told us that Ed was never the driver that was supposed to be there which is why he was confused and the driver who was scheduled to get us did not arrive until 1:30. The owner Tony was apologetic, but its all too little too late.
