RE/​MAX First Choice was established in August 1998 by Jim & Anita Latham. Jim & Anita Latham have a vast knowledge of the real estate industry in the Shelby & Northern Jefferson County areas. RE/​MAX First Choice has two locations, one in Pelham and one in Hoover to help better assist sellers and buyers. Anita Latham is a Broker/​Owner of RE/​MAX First Choice, formerly the broker of the largest residential office in the state of Alabama for 15 years. Anita continues to set records for production and achievement.

RE/​MAX First Choice currently services over 50 builders and the

office is responsible for marketing over 30 New Home Communities. Presently RE/​MAX dominates the market in agent production – our agents outsell the competition two to one.
