Is there a way to give them a zero? What a bunch of disorganised, slow, indifferent, and condescending employees. I came in to upgrade my phone, — 2hrs, and in addition they messed up my Internet, the price went up. I looked at the bill, came back just to be told that, I am wrong, Bill looks the same. So I had to bring in a printed version of the old bill to show that it is incorrect, in the mean time a tech is showing up at my door insisting that I me an appointment and i need to upgrade my Internet, he has an order, after I tell him I don’t think so, he brings his supervisor, and he convinces me that it’s actually a necessary free upgrade. Back to the bill, the manager at the store says I need to email the old bill and the new bill to him. Ok, did that. Followed by we can help you, come back later once the new bill posts. ok, again back to the store I go. I am so over it. In the mean time I have an issue with the phone, I am being sent to a tech, and when I get there, drive across town, they are closed! Clearly the paper I was handed says that it is supposed still to be open, and the repair store is closed, with different hours posted. I get placed on holds, I get hung up in, I wait for exuberant amounts of time. I wish I never had walked in that door.

Stopped by the store to transfer my corporate account into a personal account with my wife. I figured talking to someone at the store would be easier than trying to do this on the phone. Nope. I didn’t have to wait to be helped but one of the first things they hit me with was a transfer fee. Manager said the same, «…can’t do anything about that», when the premier rep who suggested I go to a store told me I wouldn’t have to pay for that fee. I guess the reason there’s no wait at the store is because they don’t know how to help. Called customer service on my way out and they were 5 stars. The phone rep had my new account with 0 transfer fees set up in no time.

Called into AT&T several times with issues with my business account. Long story short I finally had to go into a store and talk to someone personally. GARNET greeted me as soon as I walked in and sat me down right away to handle my issues. He was very patient with me as I waited for my issues to be resolved. He made things very easy for me. Even though I do not like AT&T, I do like the customer service I received that this store.

On December 2014, I went to the AT&T store to upgrade my iPhone. The sales rep was friendly and helpful; unfortunately, she had to involve the sales rep manager due to a $ 100 discrepancy and that’s when it all went down hill. This sales manager should have never been placed in a position dealing directly with the public. I would have left okay with the discrepancy; I was honestly not even upset until the manager showed up. As I tried to explain to the manager why I felt there was a discrepancy, in front of my wife and 8 year old daughter, he told me several times to calm down but I really wasn’t even upset. He repeatedly told me to calm down which is what actually upset. At one point he encroached on my space; looking at his facial expression I felt threaten so I decided to turn around and leave before I lost it in front of my daughter. I filled a formal complaint on him.

Of course AT&T is the best and so is this Pembroke Pines store. The only store that… yes…the only store in giving 5 stars to.

I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I go, the reps always make sure I get what I need. The past 2 times I was helped by someone named Christina. I came to her with return and warranty issues, which are not always easy to handle. Christina made sure both times that I walked out with what I needed. The managers/supervisors were helpful as well. I felt like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for their AT&T needs.

This is the corporate store so there are benefits to shopping here. There is mob of people waiting. The security guard is at the front check in area. A representative needs to check you in so that you have a place in line. All of the representatives are busy so they can’t check you in. You stand there waiting for a representative. Wouldn’t a simple number like at the deli work just as well? Maybe the idea is for you to get bored and walk around looking at the overpriced accessories that you can buy for your phone. I arrived at 10:05 am and the store opened at 10:00 am. Every representative was busy and there were five people ahead of me. It took 15 minutes just to get my name up on the screen. Then just when my son called that I needed to pick him up at 10:45 am a representative finally calls my name. The issue took all of two minutes to resolve. As for the benefits, it is big, well lit and you can wait forever if you have all day.

I have been an AT T customer for well over 10 years and my father who has a seperate account has been there for well over 5 years. We go there to get an upgrade for his line as well all know this process takes well over 30 minutes as the rep tries to sign us up, sell us cases and view other options to lower our bill. As we were there our needs of using the bathroom arises. My father who asks to use the bathroom goes as taken by the security guard. I did not know this at first and I comment to my father that I need to use the bathroom he says to ask security guard. So I go ask and what do you think he says… «bathroom is out of order». The typical answer for any business to deny use of the bathroom. I go to my father and ask if he was sure that he asked he said yes and to ask again. I went to ask again and security guard said his manager said no one is allowed in back. We talk to manager and manager said the bathroom is out of order as well and than I tell her that my father just used it. so what did he break it? She than changes the story and says that since Saturday the policy changed and no one is allowed in back. So damn I went in a day late and now I am stuck waiting out the rep to finish because of this sudden policy change. May seem a like a stupid complain but this seems like it shouldve been handled a different way. I have been to other at and t stores with no bathroom showing to the public and since it was taking so long to process all the info they have let me go to use the restroom which is hidden in the back. Also since my father allready went I believe manager shouldve let me go for this one time and shouldve brought to my attention that at and t’s policy is to not let customers use bathrooms. Honestly speaking after my contract is up I am leaving at and t, their uverse internet blows, you have the biggest cell phone provider in the country not offering rest rooms to the public. shoot if I was that big I would be offering coffee and water to all customers. Honestly speaking if they werent the best quality in cell phone service I wouldve told father to cancel at and t and try another service. Since he is running a business I know how important it is to have cell phone quality. But if I do find a service that is better and CHEAPER we are both out as well as other family and friends that I have referred to at and t. Sorry but big businesses are treating people like chit when they should be offering better service all around to their customers especially if they are loyal like I am. All in all. manager shouldve been a little comprehensive of the needs of th customer I dont think it wouldve costed her to open the back door and let a customer use the bathroom. The lady who was writing up the contract was sweet and even she sounded like she was new she was trying her best to serve us to the best to her ability and she did not even deny the fact the bathroom was off limits and neither did the secuirty guard.

This location is in the old Blockbuster store on Pines Blvd. It is a large, well lit AT&T corporate store, not an authorized reseller. They have offerings for their wireless and Uverse divisions in this store. The staff uses iPads to perform their duties which helps foster the open feel. There are plenty of phones and accessories to play with in the store and you can pay your bill with their kiosk.
