The place is small but the services is good, they always have lots people working on the counter, when it get busy they will have more tellers jump in to help out. Very professional, I like it

I visited this Bank of America, which is closest to my residence, to open up a savings account. I was greeted by Nadia, whom also set up my account. I am turned off by people who cannot accept a simple «no». I understand that banks collect personal information, but I felt that Nadia’s line of questioning went a bit beyond acceptable parameters. I was not happy with her attempt to upsell as well.
