BEWARE They charged us $ 800.00 for a cold. My husband didn’t even have a fever. They didn’t tell us how much they were charging us up front. They should have sent us elsewhere. He was not an urgent case. They advertise on their website they treat the common cold, yes, for $ 800.00.

I took my 86 year old aunt, because she had falle off the bed and hurt her shoulder, we were there waiting for about 2 hours and then when they filed with her insurance, they did not indicated that it was an emergency service, so her insurance denied payment. When called the billing office for the Doctor that saw her said that they would not call or appeal the bill with her insurance company, that it was not the problem. I would never go back to that place and I would advise any of my neighbors against going to that facility.

Wait to get in about 30 minutes. Wait for doctor 2 hours. I came in 4 days ago and diagnosed with the flu since I had a fever and throat hurt. That same day at night I start developing balls of puss on my throat. Came back today and after 2 hours of wasting my time again I see the doctor for one minute to be told that it’s probably the flu and that they submitted swab to a testing facility and to follow up in 3 business days to find out result and see if it’s a bacterial infection. That if that’s the case to then come back again (third time) wait for another 2 in a half hours and get antibiotics. I keep coming because its conveniently close to home but this is the last time. The wait is long to then hear a one minute result which doesn’t tell me what I have. I ended up going home with puss in my throat excruciating pain and a «yeah it’ll go away alone.»
The people are friendly.
I was upset had to come in twice but as long as I get fixed it’s good.

The staff is extremely helpful and the Doctors on staff fantastic. I recently moved to this area and have been to this urgent care for myself and my family. They helped us through terrible colds, shingles, and a sprain. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This urgent care center manned by Baptist probably has the nicest nursing staff I’ve ever experienced in my whole 32 years of life!
Every visit whether it’s been for me or someone else has been nothing less than superb… and it’s NOT just because they give relief. This nursing staff is extremely friendly, funny and quite efficient. I’m always in and out within the hour with proper diagnosis, prescriptions and everything needed to combat my blues away.

The receptionist and nurses were so nice and caring! I was in and out within an hour! Great service and care. I would definitely recommend.

Absolute BEST! My family and I have used this Urgent Care facility about 4x and every time the care was excellent. Waiting was never an issue for us. Place is clean and smells good. Staff is incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

This urgent care should be called slow as a snail care! I was waiting for over an hour. There was only one person in front of me. They called my name while I was getting a tissue, so I came right back but the girl was gone. The guy at the desk said they would be right back. After another half an hour and they finally call my name again. Then they called me by the wrong name twice and actually issued me a wrist band under the wrong last and then wrong first name. Then they tell me I’m being moved to room 6 from the room I was in for no reason at all. I was ready to walk out when the doctor showed up. He looked at my foot and decided to do an x-​ray to find the glass inside. The glass was clear so I wasn’t sure what they were going to see except the money they were going to charge my insurance company. I was coughing and wheezing but he didn’t want to prescribe me anything once he read that I was allergic to two antibiotics. The final straw was when they said they wanted to x-​ray my finger after they took the splinter out. If it was out then what possible reason did they have to x-​ray it? I left with the glass still in my foot, coughing and wheezing but at least they got the tiny wooden splinter out of my finger. What a waste of time. I wouldn’t go here for a band-​aid!

Arrived at 11:03 and was able to check-​in within 10 minutes. It’s now 12:30 and have not seen a doctor yet. Everyone told me that this is better than an emergency room. It doesn’t seem like like it. I wonder how Obamacare will make this worse than this system already is. It’s like being in jail waiting for these doctors.
