My name is José R. Pérez, and I’m a Realtor with Advanta Realty. I work in the counties of Broward and Miami Dade. I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids and volunteering at their school. I believe that family is very important.

I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration at Monroe College in New York City. I obtained my Realtor license at Gold Cost and continue to stay current on important laws and regulations via post licensing courses.
