We provide mental health counseling and assessment services to children, teens and adults. We provide co-​parenting and parent coordination, reunification and court ordered conflict resolution. We are an eclectic group of therapists that provide services tailored to your needs specifically. We offer art therapy, substance abuse services, group therapy, and marital counseling. We also have an adolescent specialist. We will connect you with a therapist that works best with your particular needs and schedule. Therapists work on a sliding scale and accept some insurances. Supervision for licensure is also available to recent graduates.

History

Established in 2005.

Originally «Roswood Counseling», Karen Wood took over the business officially in 2013 and has changed the name to Life Counseling Center of Broward to reflect its diversity in serving a large variety of needs in our community.

Business Owner

Karen has been committed to the community of South Broward for twenty years. She has been in the same location for over eight years specializing in adolescents and high conflict court cases. Prior to being the owner and operator of Life Counseling Center of Broward (previously Roswood Counseling) she worked at St. Marks Lutheran Church and School and St. Maurice Church as Director of Hesed Transitional housing program.
