Established in 1999.

With years of experience in the banking industry, including service as a loan officer, then as the closing coordinator for Avatar/​Brookman-​Fels Harbor Islands and Presidential Estates Developments, I was familiar with virtually every aspect of a real estate transaction long before obtaining my real estate license in 1999. Seeking a new career challenge to which I could apply strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills, I chose residential real estate sales. I have been privileged in earning several prestigious awards and designations throughout my career.
