Our mobile bakery specializes in cupcakes, cheesecakes and macarons! Our Chocolate Praline Cupcake won 1st place cupcake at the South Florida Festival of Chocolate, and our Dark Chocolate Mint macaron won first place confection!

We also carry Jones soda, ice cream, and an occasional assortment of cookies, candies and other sweet treats!

History

Established in 2012.

Summer and Brianna started Munchcakes in May of 2012!

Munchcakes Cupcakes began with two friends, some notes on a napkin, and an idea — to bring fantastic, freshly-​baked cupcakes and other hand held treats to the Florida food truck scene.

We strive to bring you the freshest, best-​tasting (and looking!) cupcakes, mini cheesecakes and macarons in South Florida.

All our products are baked from scratch using time-​tested, old fashioned recipes and whole-​food ingredients. We firmly believe in the perfect cake-​to-​frosting bite ratio, that traditional flavors are staples, using real butter is better and that if it looks good, it should taste amazing.

My fiancé’ s mother ordered Munchcakes macaroons for my fiancé s bridal shower and they were super delicious. I think we are using them for our wedding too. They even made the macaroons in the colors of our wedding. Outstanding.

So Great and accommodating! I live in NY and wanted to send my gf some french macarons. They were so helpful throughout the process. Not only did they help me choose the best flavors, she even went next door and got flowers for her! They hand delivered the Macarons and the flowers! BEST SERVICE EVER! Can’t recommend them enough.

Everything I’ve had from this truck has been absolutely delicious. Cupcakes are fluffy and moist, iced to order, and very flavorful (not just sweet!). The macarons are addictive sweet melty goodness, and so many creative flavors to try. Cheesecake is rich and creamy, some the best I’ve ever had.
This is my go-​to dessert place when I’m at food truck events. Can’t get enough!

Idk what happened with the other user but my red velvet was delish! It was dye free and they frost it when u order it. It was moist and tasty! Nevertheless I’ve only had their one cupcake and maybe today was just a good night for their cupcakes.

I was highly disappointed with their cupcakes :/
Red Velvet– Frosting was eh, not thick enough and the cake didn’t even taste like red velvet
MunchCake– Frosting was blue (weird) they must have added too much food coloring because the frosting was literally dripping. (We had them at home in the A/​C for 30 mins before eating)
Usually even a bad cupcake is decent, but MunchCakes was disgusting.
