Love this place. Able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily and I have always been accommodated. They also take walk ins, which is great when I forget to schedule an appointment. I usually get a gel mani and polish change (toes) or a pedicure every 2 weeks. My nails don’t chip or peel. The salon is very clean, friendly staff and exceptional service. I would highly recommend.

I went to this salon because it’s near the house and it was open late on a Friday. It also has good reviews. So maybe I just had bad luck. I went in for a pedicure and gel mani. First I had read about stone feet softening skin pedi. I was excited to try one however I wasn’t offered anything but the normal pedicure. I even asked! But that’s fine I guess I saved money. When I selected my color I asked the tech if they would match. His response was a certain YES OF COURSE! I am not a picky customer I usually go with the flow and I am there to relax however the only thing I am picky with is that my hands and feet match. Which I don’t think it’s too much to ask for. When he did my toes I noticed that the color wasn’t as bright as the one I had selected for the gel mani. At that point I asked again if he was sure they matched. he once again said yes of course. We went on to do my mani and of course. The color isn’t the same which he said again when I asked the 3^rd time that it was the same color. But like I said. I am an easy going customer and I don’t like to bother much or ask for them to redo my nails. So I left like that. Bright green on my hands and dark green on my feet I also noticed he would take double looks at most of my nails but wasn’t sure why. When I got to my car I noticed his concerns. They weren’t polished correctly which led to 3 days later (today) most of my nails are chipped and cracked. Needless to say I won’t go back. Again, maybe it was bad luck. It happens. :/

I’ve been coming here for about 8 – 9 months and really love it. Lyn is my nail tech but when she left out of town I went to rich temporarily is he is great also! Very clean place and relaxing environment.

I love this place! The deluxe pedicures and skin softening pedicures are amazing. I love that they use hot stones for them, and how they really focus on your relaxation. I’m very particular with my nails and they always ensure I’m happy with them. It is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and always remember me. I drive 45 minutes every 2 weeks to go to this place because I haven’t found anything as good. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a client of P & L Salon for several years. The quality of their service and products have remained consistent. The salon is clean and the technicians are professional and nice. I love getting my nails done there. I feel confident that any service I get is done at the highest and cleanest level.

It was a close by salon so decided to give this new place a chance. I was not too happy with their service. The owner/​receptionist was not very helpful, she was on the phone the entire time on the couch. I was trying to pay at the very end, but she was so caught up on her call. Also the nail tech peeled my nail hard, and made the crease of my ring finger bleed from the side. It was pretty painful. Probably won’t come back.

Been here a few times randomly… Just got my first pedi ever here. Very clean and literally NO ODORS. Gosh I hate walking into salons and feeling like I’m choking, and then walking out smelling like salon for the next few hours. The same techs have been there forever, they love what they do because they’re always laughing and talking to everyone. If you’re in/​from the area, give ‘em a shot! No particular tech suggested because all their work is good I’ve noticed.

I came across this location at a time of need and without any planning. The place is clean and the staff is respectful. I needed a very gentle pedicure and they complied — minimal cuticle cutting and no shaving to the soles of my feet. The gentleman who worked on my feet wore gloves through the whole process and his tools were clean and sanitized. The air is also clean — no strong chemical odors. The price was also OK — for the $ 25 I also received a nice exfoliating massage in a calm and relaxing environment.

I really only came here because I was bored and it was a cheap manicure. The facility was definitely above my expectations and very clean and kept. The woman that did my manicure was fantastic and easy to have some small talk. I was very impressed with this place and for the price, it’s hard to beat. Much better quality and atmosphere than some of the more expensive places around here.
