Where to begin?
I call to schedule a cleaning, I get an appointment at 5:20.
Day of my appointment, I get a call saying she doesn’t know why someone would schedule me for 5:20, and that appointment doesn’t exist and said she only has 5:00 available, I say OK and go there at 5.
Ok, so I have the cleaning done, and they tell me I have 4 cavities, and recommend a deep cleaning… I say ok.
The dr. Says he can do half the mouth at one visit. And the other half at the next visit. I say ok.
When I go to schedule, the girl scheduling says «he can do your whole mouth at once» I say ok, and schedule it. And I told them when I was scheduling that I was moving out of state the 12^th and needed everything done before then.
I called a couple days later and asked how much the total would be for the 4 fillings and deep cleaning. Girl says she’ll call me back. Never called back. Called her the next day, and said she’ll call me right back with the amount. Calls me and says $ 272 for deep cleaning and $ 87 for fillings, I say ok.
I get a call to confirm that i am going to my appointmrnt and the lady says I don’t know where the other girl got the pricing but that wasn’t right. So now it’s $ 272 for deep cleaning and $ 220 for fillings??! I said that is not what the other girl quoted me. So she said well idk how she got that number but I can take $ 100 off the fillings for you. I say ok.
I get a call today (day before my appointment at 4:00) that they don’t know why I am scheduled to have everything done at once, and that the dr. Looked at the schedule and said «he can’t have it all done at once» which was originally told to me, but then at time of scheduling I was told he could? So she asks what do I want to do first. (Mind you, these idiots called me to confirm my deep cleaning and fillings)
I told her I’ll call her back in a couple minutes to let her know (whichever one I don’t do now, I won’t be bale to get done because now I am moving next week)
I call back and say, I’ll do the fillings, so they don’t get worse. The girl says. we gave that appointment away already, so we can only do the deep cleaning .
I said, are you fucking kidding me ?! I choose what I do or don’t do with my mouth. She said well the dr. Chose to fill that spot, so we only have a spot available for the deep Cleaning.
Moral of the story, these people, including the dr., Are fucking morons! I don’t have any idea how they have clients still.
They don’t know how to run a business and have wasted my time for the past 2 weeks.
I hope the people at the parkland office read this, because you are incompetent at your job.

Ive been taking my sons here over the past few years. They offer the convenience of late evening appointments which is so helpful to working moms and doesnt cut into school hours. Everyone is friendly and nice. The video in the waiting room is annoying, its the same one playing for years, over and over.

I absolutely enjoyed my appointment at this office, the service was phenomenal. Everybody I encountered from the front desk people to the assistants to the doctor. Everything went by so nice and smoothly no issues came up. I am without a doubt going to continue coming to this office for my checkups and cleaning. This is absolutely the best dentist office I have ever been to.

After months of not knowing what happened to my regular dentist and being past due for a cleaning I had to find a new dentist. Then I got a letter saying he had purchased my old dentist’s practice. Since I already had a new dentist, I called the office to have the records transferred. They wanted a $ 25 payment to do so. Under the circumstances that is absurd.
