Do not ever go to this service station for an oil change. The mechanics use hard-​sell, high pressure sales tactics to sell you parts and labor you do not need. They are relentless and when you ask for an oil change only, they do not stop hammering you to sell additional services. Upon leaving the Shell Rapid Lube today, my car a/​c went out. It is suspect to say the least. I will pursue an action with the attorney general with the state of Florida on this matter.

These guys probably change oil well, but they are not customer service oriented. Someone needs to train them on how to treat customers with respect, how to acknowledge and greet customers. In addition, the place does not stock filters for some import automobiles. And I’m not talking Aston Martin or Masserati. No, not only were these neanderthals disrespectful to me, they also did not have a filter for VW.
If you value and expect good, respectful treatment, from the places where you do business then you should avoid Shell Rapid Lube.

Nice, fast and fair oil changes. You aren’t subjected to a dozen «suggested» overpriced repairs that you either don’t need or can do yourself (with parts you can purchase at Walmart next door). They are friendlier than some of the competition.
Pricing is typical of fast lube places… $ 37.99 gets you an oil change and if you are a repeat customer, you’ll get $ 4 off.

These guys are friendly and SUPER FAST!!! Went in today for an oil change and was out in 20 min. The mechanic also brought to my attention that my rear tires were a bit warped. And went on to educate me that if I were to rotate them, I’d get much more road noise. I appreciate his input, as he went above and beyond just changing my oil. I’ll DEFINITELY be back.
