Established in 2013.

We are a branch of a successful law business that has been around for 14 years. Our employees are licensed and professional. Statewide takes advantage of new technology that is available saving us time and money. Because of these we are able to pass these saving to our communities.

We have two offices conveniently located Miami-​Dade and Broward Counties. Statewide prides itself in being the best in community service, always there when you call.

Manager

Steven has had a very successful career in management. Before Statewide he was with Golden Sands Community Management in Vero Beach for two years. There he excelled as a portfolio manager with 7 associations mixed with HOA’s and Condo’s.

Before that he managed the Beach Club for five years at the exclusive Johns Island Club. A luxury club that Steve managed many aspects providing a broad spectrum of property management and customer satisfaction.
