I’ve been using this store for 12 years. The staff changed recently so I think it was sold. The new people were never as friendly as the old but they took it to new levels. I arrived at the store at 5:30 on a Friday night to load up on chlorine. The pool was in trouble and we had people coming over the next day. The guy takes my jugs but the woman stops him and says the taps are closed for the day. She refused to sell me chlorine ! I pointed to her sign that advertised a 6 pm close and told her Id been coming there for over 10 years. Terrible experience. I will never set foot in that place again. She is not right for this community and needs to leave.

I went to this store to spend more of our hard earned money and was greeted by a guy who proceeded to finish my sentences before I could. When I was finally able to get to the end of a sentence and get him to hear what I wanted, he yelled at me, «If you would have known what you wanted before you came in here, you wouldn’t be so frustrated right now.» I turned to leave and he started to yell again, which made me turn my head back and see him pointing to the door, that I was headed to, and yelling, «Get the F**K outta here». So I did. I called the owner and he did offer me the part I wanted from one of his other stores at half price. His half price was the same price I could have gotten it from Amazon for. They will not get my business again. March 2014.
