I have no words to express my gratitude to Bruce and his crew for the quality of service and the amazing wedding video that they provided. I spent a lot of time looking for a videographer that was both really good, and that met my budget. I went to a few vendors and when I was not scared away by their crazy prices, I was scared away by their cheesy video shots and their cheap salesman talk.
Fortunately for me my now husband was able to find Bruce. As soon as we visited Bruce at his studio, we knew that our search was over. Bruce is not only a very charming and authentic person (I have to praise him as well for his Spanish because it is PERFECT!!!), but also very knowledgeable about his job. Being a fan of films, my husband realized how much Bruce knew about the subject, the high quality of his equipment, and how good he makes each shot. Unlike my husband, I am not a film expert, but I did like how each video Bruce makes is very customized. You can see that he takes each client and understand what the client wants. In other words, he did not have the same cheesy shots for every client (or any client to be precise) that other vendors have.
During the wedding day, Bruce went above and beyond to bring all the equipment and crew that he could (taking into account my budget) to take the shots that my husband had liked from watching his sample videos. Bruce also became a friend to us. He shared with my husband the passion for film and throughout the process they were able to become good friends. During the wedding, everyone, including my photographer was very pleased to be able to work with him.
The video was exactly what we wanted, and Bruce definitely exceeded our expectations. It was customized to what we liked and not cheesy at all. We had a few suggestions to accommodate the wishes of our family members and he imminently incorporated them.
