I stop at this Dunkin Donuts in Pembroke quite often since it is along my commute to work. This location is very busy in the mornings with quite a queue of vehicles wrapped around the building using the drive-thru window. I find it quicker to go inside the store to order my drinks and food. The service here is pleasant and my flavored iced coffees are made right and quickly each time once I place and pay for my order. However, the site layout of the Dunkin Donuts is poor IMO. The drive thru queue cuts through the small tight parking lot in front of the shop. When the place is busy, it can be sometimes tricky to pull out of my parking spot since the queue of vehicles is blocking the only entrance and exit to the parking lot. When I arrive here in the morning, I will try to back into my parking spot for good measure.

Forget service inside at the counter. The only way to get service at this store is at the drive up.

Went thru the drive thru this morning. They were not busy at all only 2 other cars in front of me and the parking lot was pretty near empty. I ordered 3 items a sandwich, has browns and a drink. The girl who took my order was friendly and also repeated my order back with no errors. I got to the window paid and was handed my my food. And was told to have a nice day. I asked for my drink and the girl, who I’m assuming was not the same one who took my order, seemed confused. She told me I wasn’t charged for a drink so I paid again and got my drink. When I got to work I then noticed the hash browns were also missing, apparently I did not pay for these either. Point of this review kids is please stay in school. Counting to 3 shouldn’t be that hard. **Update** gave a $ 5 bill on a $ 4.45 order and received $ 0.15 in change. Also note my bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant was replaced with a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Update done 8 months after original post.
