I went to King Collision Centers to get my car detailed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was even more impressed with the quality of work. My car looked so great that my neighbor thought I bought a new car! I highly recommend King Collision Centers!

They helped me through the entire process which was so helpful given it was my first experience needing extensive damage repaired. My car came back to me looking like new! Are you looking for a place to have your car detailed? King Collision is the place. I dropped off my car after hours, placed my key in the lock box, the car was detailed the next day, and ready for me to pick up after hours. They did a great job on my 11 year old car and it looks like new. Easy, convenient and wonderful service.

After a snow plow hit my SUV this winter I took it into King and they did a great job. I was worried about the process being the car is german but they did everything exactly how it should be and didn’t cut any corners. They handled my claim from beginning to end and made the process very easy. Thanks again.

Did a great job repairing my vehicle but gave me my key back in two pieces. Sent an email and spoke to John who told me that was the way I gave it to them. After assuring him that was not the case he told me there was nothing he would do.
Obviously they would have noted on the paperwork if I had given them a broken key.
Not sure what recourse I have but have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I got my car back in a little over 2 weeks’ time. The door looks great and the inside of my car had been cleaned. I am happy with the results and would recommend their services.
However, I still think that their communication could have been better. I got emails and phone calls pretty frequently but they were not that detailed. It was frustrating when they couldn’t give even a rough estimate of a completion time. I believe this could be improved upon.
I did finally get the website to work (never worked on my cellphone) and I could see the pictures of progress done to my car. When I finally got the site to work on my computer the latest pictures I could see were already eight days old. I feel that even though I did finally get it to work the pictures weren’t all that up-​to-​date. Also it said that it was still on step one, which said that meant that they were getting the estimate, this was incorrect. While it was nice to see the pictures, I still believe that it lacked detail and more information.
I also was a little concerned because originally the person who did the estimate on my car said that they would probably put a used door on. I don’t know why King collision chose to redo my door that was dented, possibly because it was easier than finding a used door. I never thought to ask but they never said anything about what was on the paperwork about getting a used door.
I’m happy with the outcome and I guess that’s all that really matters. If I have been told from the start that could take a couple of weeks then I probably would’ve been a little more understanding but since they couldn’t give me even a guess it made it a lot harder to plan how I was going to commute to work. I know that I could’ve rented a car but I actually left a few things in my trunk that I really needed. I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t have my car for over 2 weeks!
I don’t have any idea about what it takes to make repairs to the body of a car. That’s why I think it’s so important to keep the customer fully informed and to give them more detail when letting them know what the progress is. I understood that they wanted to do the best job that they could but that reason alone was not enough for me. Of course I expect that they do their best and will not rush! That’s great!
I did have better luck calling directly and asking. I don’t remember who I spoke with but a gentleman I spoke to was able to see my car and give me a lot more information then I had been getting previously.
Now that I’ve gone through the entire process, I will know what to expect next time (let’s hope there won’t be a next time though!) and will rent a car (instead of borrowing someone else’s)! I will also be sure to remove all items needed for my job!

I would have to say that Kings Collision Center is actually one of the only true companies that actually stands behind not only the work they do but the guarantee they give with it. I was told by a friend of mine that, they did great work so after an accident I had my truck brought there for the repair. When I met with them I was told what was going to be done and I would be updated on the repairs. We’ll my truck was done and it just didn’t seem right paint looked a different shade, needless to say I wasn’t happy with the job. Well let’s just say the next day I had to bring my truck back up to them and show them what my issue (s) where. The question they asked was, «What can we do to make this right?» I gave them my opinion and they gave me a date to bring my truck back to correct the issue. We’ll I brought it back they fixed the issues, and in all honesty I think my truck had a better paint job than those off the General Motors assembly line, it looked better than it ever has. So when Kings Collision says they want it done right and for the customers to be happy they actually mean what they say and stand behind it. I would recommend Kings Collision for any auto repair and would use them again.
