I bought a brand new Triumph this year, and I have to say, it was the most pleasurable buying experience I’ve ever had. SUPER helpful, very knowledgeable and always available for questions and/​or concerns.

A year ago, I bought a 2007 K1200GT with 31k miles from National Powersports in NH. I bought the bike in January and pick it up in May. I had never owned a BMW before so I had no expectations what to expect. I found the clutch stiff, neutral hard to find, and shifting difficult. After 4k miles and 6 months, Max BMW told me the clutch was failing and the replacement was $ 1800. Yikes.
I went back to National Powersports, and calmly expressed my opinion that the clutch was bad when I bought the bike. I had not purchased the extended warrantee and was well past the 30 day /​1k mile standard warrantee. They said they would replace the clutch for a cost of $ 1400 and would split the cost with me.
Their response was far better than what I was expecting. These are good guys.

Billy was a joy to work with. Team took time to take me to see my bike in storage. Loved the easy process from layaway to pickup.

Bought a 2010 HD Ultra Classic in February 2015 from NPS. Jason the sales person was nice to work with and Andrea in title department was also very helpful. Delivery of bike took awhile no fault of theirs in was the shipper. Love my bike the only problem I had was they were suppose to change the rear and they did not which was kind of disappointing. Would I buy another bike from them or refer any one to them. Probably not just because of them not delivering on their promise to change rear tire.

At this time, more than a simple review, I want to THANKS, in capital letters!, the National Powersports Team for they professionalism and the way in which they take care of their clients, It’s necessary to share when you don’t get what you deserve or what you paid for, but it’s also fair to share when you get way more than you expect from people who care.
I bought a 2008 pre-​owned Piaggio MP3 ie400 with 2,080 miles from this nice people and when friends asked me about the price, I used to heard…“you pay more a little over the market price”…and they maybe were right, however, when you need to use the warranty they gave me on my pre-​owned bike and the only indication was…“bring your bike, get it fixed and send us the invoice”, you said…“it sound too good to be true”…btw it’s important to let you know I’m talking about a simple non-​mechanical issue, I’m talking about water inside head lamp, well, I went to a Piaggio Dealer here in South Florida, got my head lamp replaced with an OEM part, they charge me $ 305 (Part and ½ hour labor), i scanned the invoice and sent it to National Powersports last Wednesday and, even when last Saturday was 4^th of July, I’ve got a reimbursement check on my mailbox yesterday, Monday July the 6^th… that’s what I can name DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE!!!

I recently purchased a 2010 Harley Davidson Road King from National Powersports. The bike itself came exactly as promised. Great condition (aside from the battery tender cable resting on my exhaust which melted the first time I rode). I can’t complain about that.
What I CAN complain about is the customer service that the sales/​parts manager Lonnie provided. Their website says they ship the bike right to your door (for $ 699) which isn’t exactly true… My bike was delivered by Old Dominion and the crate was in shambles when the truck backed up to my driveway. I don’t know whether it was poorly crated or mishandled by OD. Regardless, pieces of wood were resting on my bike and the crate couldn’t be moved off the truck without falling apart. I had to climb inside the back of the 40 foot truck and disassemble it inside. Then I had to push to bike and hold it off the back of the liftgate while two drivers assisted. The delivery took over two hours just to get the bike off the truck and I tweaked my back in the process!
When I called to discuss, Lonnie assured me he would make things right by offering to refund some, if not all, of the shipping. I sent him multiple pictures of the crate and of me lowering my $ 13,000 bike off the back of a truck. A week went by and I had to call back and Lonnie told me he hadn’t heard back from HIS manager about any refund. ANOTHER week went by and I called Lonnie and he finally just gave me a number to call Old Dominion to handle it myself. WTF!!! What kind of service is that?
Great bike. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING. NEVER AGAIN (which sucks because I was already looking at another bike of theirs too).

I wish I could rate the buying experience versus everything else that came after.
The inventory selection they have and the staff on site is incredible. I never felt pressured, they answered all my questions and had great insights. They allowed me to sit on many similar bikes to what I was looking for until I pinpointed the one I would ultimately buy. I would rate that 5 stars any day…
However, when came time to do paperwork and take delivery, things went a little muddy.
Firstly, they use a general email address that appears to go to everyone onsite when exchanging with customers… this resulted in back and forths with a new person every time and felt disjointed. Couldn’t get the same answer twice as to what paperwork was needed, they took copies of driver’s licenses when we signed the original purchase paperwork and then asked for them again twice over email. Not a big deal by itself, just a strange business model.
Secondly, when we signed the paperwork, I had asked the sales person on the floor if the radiator shroud could be fixed prior to delivery as it did not look to be holding on by much and plastic tabs appeared to be broken, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and they’d take a look at it. The contract clearly spells out that the shroud had to be fixed. Took delivery of the bike today and the shroud is just as it was on the floor, barely hanging on. Nothing’s been done to fix it.
Thirdly, we signed the paperwork 10 days ago, nobody reached out to us regarding the delivery at any point in time until yesterday, when I called and asked for a status update. I was told the delivery would happen the following day (today) between 12 and 4, thankfully they did deliver on time today. When we originally signed the paperwork, we were told they were a bit behind on processing credit applications and such but the delivery should be done within a few days.
So, overall, I would certainly buy from there again as their inventory selection, prices and staff onsite is awesome. However, I can’t help but take 2 stars away (wish I could do 3.5*) due to the way the paperwork, delivery and service were handled. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends but with the caution to expect to receive exactly what is on the floor as advertised and nothing more.

I was looking for a specific model bike that was old enough to be within my budget, but had barely any miles and was completely stock so I could make it my own. It took me almost two years to find what I wanted. These guys had it on their website for trade in value. Their inspection and write up on the bike was 100% transparent and completely accurate. The credit process was quick and easy. And they even delivered the bike to my local Harley store for me. Best part was that everything was done online. It’s been three years and the bike is running great.

Updating my review since they have moved locations. Can’t wait to visit again when I go for my next bike.
This is a great place with fantastic inventory! We originally found this place on EBAY and was surprised by how many bikes they had in stock that we were looking for.
We took down a few VIN numbers and headed out on our bikes from MA. When we got there, it wasn’t too busy which was a plus. We headed out on 4^th of July weekend so we were glad they were not closed. We were approached by Vinnie who was a sweetheart. Very helpful and patient. He pulled bikes out to let me sit and held on to them as I put my feet up. We tried at least 6 – 7 bikes. They have a big screen right in the front where they asked you for the last 4 digits of the VIN if you had it. Easily pulling things up, they also knew exactly where every bike was which is amazing considering how many there were.
We also looked at bikes in another building just to show how much inventory they had. I believe they said they were moving to a location with bigger space that could accommodate the bikes. Everyone seemed helpful, and the owner Nate even came out to shake our hands before he assessed our bike for trade in. They were very honest with the price as well as how much I could get if I didn’t want to trade it in.
Their follow up staff and contact is very prompt as I received replies from my emails shortly after contacting them. I received a fantastic deal with financing that they found, and was very clear in what they needed. Debbie and Kris were great in that aspect.
There was another gentleman that showed us around in the separate show room that Saturday, but we didn’t catch his name. Everyone we talked to seemed aim to please, and we really appreciated that. I especially! I have never done an out of state purchase, but due to the great service and ease of purchase I plan on taking the trip out again for my next upgrade in a few years and will recommend family and friends to make the trip out. It’s a nice ride too afterall!
Only thing I am unsure about is the inventory on sports bike as I did not look for one, but just skimming the place and looking online later for my sister they didn’t seem to have as big an inventory. I am pretty sure they’ll change that when they have more space.
Also want to mention that online they are very honest with all the features on the bike. What we saw online is what we got. They do not try to hide anything. Great company… keep doing what you do!

Bought two bikes here and both times been happy. Great selection, great staff. I do wish you could test drive bikes first but they give free warrantee with most bikes.
