Family owned and operated since 2003, ORA specializes in the treatment of a number of orthopedic and sports injuries, including: muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendonitis, bursitis, lower back pain, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repairs, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, orthopedic spine disorders, sports related injuries, as well as general orthopedic rehab.

With a team of experienced professionals trained in physical therapy and certified in athletic training, Orthopedic Rehab Associates prides itself on providing quality individual care to all patients. Each patient is assessed on an individual basis to fully understand their athletic ability and medical history. Business Owner

Mark Lembo graduated with high honors from Northeastern University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. After graduating, he worked in private practice at South Shore Sports Therapy in Weymouth for seven years focusing on orthopedics and sports medicine. Mark also had the privilege of working alongside the chief of orthopedics at South Shore Hospital, Dr. Owen McConville, for 5 years which enhanced his knowledge of orthopedic surgery and post-​operative rehab. In 2003, Mark and his wife Danielle opened Orthopedic Rehab Associates. As a resident of Marshfield, he is proud to service his local community in the health care industry as well as being an active contributor to local charities
