In 2000, Jack Wilson and Michael Sheward decided to combine their complementary expertise in business operations and technology to form a unique new business. Together they founded Central Indiana-​based internet technology company Solutions4ebiz (S4e) with a specific goal in mind: To help clients strategically select the best technology solutions to move from managing technology to managing business growth.

From Websites to WISP Tools: Solutions4ebiz develops and delivers technology solutions for internet service providers and small– to medium-​sized organizations across the U.S. and internationally. The company offers website design and development, custom software development and support, managed web hosting, and market-​leading expertise in hardware and software distribution. Business Owner

Jack Wilson founded Solutions4ebiz in 2000 with partner Michael Sheward and is the company’s president and CEO. Jack provides strategic business direction for the Indianapolis area software development and technology solutions company. His business and technology background helps Solutions4ebiz understand the customer’s perspective to translate industry-​specific needs into customized solutions.

Michael Sheward is the Indianapolis area software development and technology solutions company’s chief technology officer. Mike directs the strategic and tactical direction of the company and organizes all technology research and development activities. He also oversees technology projects and implementations for Solutions4ebiz customers and manages the company’s diverse technical staff.
