Established in 1985.

I have been building homes in the Lake Wildwood area for many years and since the mid 80′ have been preforming home inspections. Based on my many years of experience as a general contractor and my years doing home inspections, I am well qualified to provide you with high quality report/​

Protecting your interest is my primary focus. You are welcome to be present during my entire inspection process, but are specifically encouraged to be present towards the end of the inspection so that I can directly discuss and show you my findings.

I am an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector.

I am a licensed general contractor with over 25 years of experience. I have worked in all phases of construction including residential and commercial project. As general contactor I have build homes on both developed lots and undeveloped land and have been responsible for many major residential and commercial remodeling projects. I have been a NACHI certified independent home inspector for many years and have done many home inspections in California, including over 200 in Nevada County alone.
