Not sure if these are separate restaurants or all one entity. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, ate at chicken and waffles place, fries were delivered half cooked. Chicken soggy and greasy, unpleasant experience. Waffle wasn’t terrible, beer was cold. I’ll not waste another meal here. Couple sitting next to us complained about the food from zTacos to an employee, said they couldn’t eat it, received $ 5 off their next visit. We didn’t bother saying anything.

Before I get started, I will note that the spring rolls were really good.
Came here for lunch and decided to do Asian, as the menu board listed veggies and the picture showed veggies also. We ordered the crispy sesame chicken and the teriyaki chicken. My husband liked the taste of the sesame chicken, though, he remarked that he thought «panko-​breaded» meant more than just a few flecks.
The teriyaki chicken was very disappointing. With very little flavor, a watery sauce, and only a tiny portion of vegetables, this meal left a lot to be desired. And what is up with using dark meat? At almost $ 10 an entrée for upscale food shouldn’t that mean breast meat??? Honestly, I think the mall does it better. Save a few bucks and the hassle of finding a free parking spot downtown, or try one of the other trucks down there.

7:27 on a Saturday and they are closed when both Unilocal and Facebook clearly say open till 9pm on Saturday. I asked someone who was stacking chairs what time they closed and she said 7. She was rude and acted like I was annoying her.
We checked the website before driving all the way downtown from Milton just to easy tacos. We won’t be making the trip again for a long time.
Please change the hours posted on Facebook and Unilocal.Or you could just stay open till 9pm.

My boyfriend and I came here on last Tuesday. it was recommended by a friend, and I was pretty impressed! It was great we both enjoyed our meals, and the tacos were pretty much perfect! The guys are very friendly and nice. I will def return. oh, the price is affordable.

Twice in 4 days! This place is consistently delicious. The staff at Gouda stuff is so friendly and even gave us coupons. We are so glad we found this place. Way to go downtown Pensacola.

My girlfriend and I got food from Z Tacos and the Thai place. The tacos were great! And one taco is enough to fill you up. The ingredients were fresh and you get a small side of chips and salsa all for about $ 4. The Thai food however was slow, and they messed up two people’s orders who were in front of me in line. It also sucked; I ordered the lettuce wraps and it was over $ 9 for four pieces of lettuce, some frozen shrimp, and a few sauces. Though her brother has had melts from Gouda Stuff and says they’re great too. Cool atmosphere in a cute part of the city. I would recommend, but do not go to the Thai truck.

Not impressed with fusion! Small portions and very bland. The atmosphere at Al Fresco is cool but the taste in the food for Fusion’s chicken teriyaki and pad Thai left so much to be desired. I won’t eat at this one again. I’m going to try the other food trucks at al fresco and im hoping they will be a better experience.

Grilled cheese are amazing! Slow service because of demand. Make sure you have plenty of time. I love the Buffalo Blue.
Tacos are okay. Not worth the money to us. My husband was still hungry. The guy wouldnt let me up grade to the special bc they rang me up. Come on buddy… You could have figured something out.
We will be visiting the trucks all summer long!

We had a great meal and a great time. It’s all of the fun of food carts — delicious, different choices; limited menus with things done well. However, they have fixed some on the most annoying features of other food cart set-​ups. There are places to sit. There are places to pee. There are pagers so that you can grab a seat while your food is made. The lines at noon on a weekend moved sluggishly, but were not that long, and we had a great time in the Florida sunshine.
