History
Established in 1987.
This business was started by Josie Patti Merritt one of two daughters and four sons from Joe and Anna Patti who became the first well known family in Pensacola for fresh seafood. Originally opened as a deli, with only take out available, we eventually took over the fish market next door. That is when we became a restaurant and it serves as our main dining room. We wouldn’t be open without the generosity of Frank Patti, who runs Joe Patti’s located next door and the support of Marie, Joey and Gerard Patti, Josie’s remaining siblings.

Meet the Manager: Charlie M.
Charlie is Josie’s son and has recently moved back to Pensacola to help his mom with the restaurant. One of his main goals is to list the business through social media sites, like this one, so feedback becomes easier for the clients to share their experiences. He knows that every restaurant can miss the mark but welcomes those instances and feedback in an effort to become better. He has years in the industry as a chef and manager.
