Business Owner
Derrick Gainey has been in the real estate business since 1999. Practically all of that time has been dedicated to property management services.
Membership of the local and National Association of Realtors and more importantly, the local and National Association of Residential Property Managers keeps him on the ball, and ahead of the curve. Derrick has served 3 terms as President for the Pensacola chapter of NARPM and as Property Management Liason for the Pensacola Association of Realtors. Derrick was also hand picked to start an advisory board (NGP) for NARPM on a national level for members under the age of 40.
CPM is run strictly for the purpose of long term residential and commercial rentals as well as home owners associations (HOA’s). We do not handle buyers and sellers. This keeps the focus on current clients, and does not water down the property management service.
