Five Flags Trolley Company

It is my wedding day. They screwed up the time and then told me I’d have to pay extra to get it fixed. When I hold them that they could just come later and not pick us up at the first location, they told us no, they weren’t going to argue, they didn’t screw up, they were right and I could take it or leave it. So now it is my wedding day and I have to figure out transportation because they screwed up and were totally unwilling to fix it. DON’T BOOK WITH THEM!

Very Un-​Dependable and Horrendous Customer Service. This is the first negative review I have ever written.
We hired Five Flags for shuttle service for the wedding party for the day of our wedding. Before the wedding the driver was to shuttle the bridesmaids from the Pensacola Country Club to the church and then come back to pick up the groomsmen. He never showed back up, Stranding all my groomsmen. Never left a message nor would the driver or Five Flags pick up the phone. 10 guys in tuxes had to pile into a truck. This delayed the entire wedding schedule. Photos were totally screwed up.
After the wedding, before heading to reception. The driver barked at me to get everyone to hurry up while we were trying to do impromptu photos that were supposed to happen before the wedding. I could not believe his nerve and how rude that was. Five Flags Trolley Service was a definite sour spot in our wedding. Do not use them. They are absolutely not dependable nor should they be relied upon.
I called to voice my concerns and see if they could give a partial refund. There was zero apologies from Denise Daughtry and her only explanation was the trolley needed to be checked out by a mechanic and that is why the driver disappeared. (With no word or warning.) She hung up on me on my call. I admit I was testy with her but I was calm. What a rude person and an awfully run company.
