It’s obvious that whomever is in charge of this dog park doesn’t give a damn about the small dogs and their owners because while the big dog park has been up and running for a month now, the small dog park is still unusable. Thoroughly disgusted!

This park is about an acre in size and once you’re in the gate you can take your pup off it’s leash. There’s plenty of room for them to run around and there are water fountains for hounds and humans, a pooper scooper station, benches and picnic tables.
Dogs must be sociable, current on all vaccinations, licensed, and under their owner’s control at all times. Dogs must be leashed when not in designated off-​lead areas.
From my experience at Pensacola dog parks, this is where younger, «hipper» people take their pets. It’s busiest from about 2 pm — 6 pm.
