History
Established in 2014.
Ellen Morris took her first riding lesson on her eighth birthday and was immediately hooked. A quarter horse named Buster quickly came into her life and soon Ellen was spending every spare moment at the barn where he was boarded. When it came time to go to college, Ellen chose to go to William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri for their outstanding equestrian programs. Of course Buster went too. Ellen graduated in December 2013 with Bachelor degrees in both Equine Science and Equine Administration. It has been a long held dream for Ellen to open her own hunter jumper barn and an opportunity to move to Pensacola helped turn a dream into a reality. Sunriser Stables opened its’ gates for business on January 1st 2014.
