This is a really good place for pizza in the area. I had their pizza here and it was great. It’s a little greasy but it adds to the flavor. It has a super good cheese and a good crust. I can’t say anything about their sandwiches but I haven’t tried them yet.

As a college student this place offers a good change in food for a fairly cheap price. I’ve only had the grinders and each time I was satisfied. On the contrary, the food isn’t the highest quality, and the restraint is only decently maintained.

My friends and I used to come to Bellacino’s often, usually for a quick dinner. They offer a variety of grinders, pizza, pasta, salads, and even some appetizers(like nachos and parmesan sticks). I usually stuck with the Steak, which came with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo; the bread itself is covered in a garlic butter sauce that is toasted, which is nice, but the meat itself is more on the lower quality and can be quite tough. I recommend in finishing the grinder rather than taking it home, as reheating it makes it kind of inedible with the toughness of the meat and the bread. Their wings are just okay, but they do have wing specials on game days and such. TVs are placed where one can watch live games, and there are plenty of booths and pub tables/stools. You just go up and order, and then the food is brought out to you — it is pretty efficient. +plenty of parking in shared lot

Stopped in at Bellacino’s again today, 03−22−15. Crab & Seafood sandwich was lukewarm as before. Napkin dispenser next to soda vending machine was completely out of napkins. The waste receptical in the men’s room was beyond filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned in years looked like.

I love this place! I always get the steak grinders. A half is typically enough for me. If you have an appetite then get a whole. They have a lot of items on the menu.

Warmly greeted upon entering. Large menu and colorful pictures are displayed on the walls to help newbies figure out what they want to order. Prices seem very reasonable for the serving sizes. Three televisions for patrons to watch games, etc. I was glad they serve Coke products. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The food(medium pizza and ravioli) only took about 10 minutes, even though we were told it would take around 15 minutes. Pizza was delivered to the table on a pretty cool silver cake stand. We ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza! It came piping HOT and was DElicious! This was probably the best tasting pizza I have had in a very long time! My 7year old ordered the children’s ravioli. It was a very generous portion served with fresh garlic bread. After tasting it, I decided I will probably be back soon for my own ravioli. The sauce was very good! I can’t wait to come visit my daughter at nursing school just so I can eat again at Bellacino’s. Great food and Great prices! ;)

The Italian Grinder was the victim of my fiancé and Is empty bellies. We were very satisfied. Great price.

There grinders are really good and a lot of food for the money! The fries are also very delicious. They advertise that they deliver if you spend a certain amount of money. We had a large group and placed a large order but unfortunately they were shorthanded and could not deliver but they did offer to take a percentage off of our meal since they couldn’t deliver it to us. Would definitely recommend them.

Does not Deliver. Had to write a review to inform patrons they do not deliver because the survey results show they do and my one review probably won’t override the system. I’m sure the food is fine, but I wouldn’t know because they don’t deliver and I’m stuck in a hotel downtown with no ride.

I waited 45 minutes for my order of Ravioli’s to go… Never once did they apologize or offer something for my wait. What a Joke! The employees are an embarrassment. I will not return. After my wait they handed me my food and said, «here you go.»

Bellacino’s food is good. I enjoy an order of parmesan sticks for lunch on occasion. Decent prices. My issue and reduction of stars here is due to the service setup. Service here can be sloooooooow. Despite two registers, I’ve only ever seen one running. This is not good when it’s the busy lunch hour. The line is slow, and the kitchen is equally slow. I decided to beat the rush recently and called in my order ahead of time. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I could see my order sitting, waiting for pickup. However, calling in an order ahead of time means nothing, because you still have to wait in line while everyone in front of you orders and pays. There is no separate area for pick-ups. That resulted in me standing in line for –no kidding– 20 minutes watching my food get cold. When I finally approaced the counter, I asked the worker why there is not a better system in place, since I now had cold food. She just gave me the 1,000 mile stare and basically stated that was just the way it is. I stopped the manager on the way out and voiced my concerns. He did give me a gift card for my next visit. I seriously don’t understand why this is such a hard concept to grasp. Their system of ordering needs to be tweaked.

Great Grinders– There are wide variety to choose from, they’re super affordable($ 5 – 7), they taste great, and they’re ginormous– I could only finish HALF of a half grinder! They have other items on their menu like pizza and burgers but I found most people in the place had grinders. I don’t blame them, they hit the spot! It’s definitely a comfortable, casual, family friendly, large group place to eat and hang out. There’s a good number of tables and booths and if you’re ever so lucky, you’ll get serenaded by the electronic songs from the Claw game. :)

Bellacino’s is a favorite of both BU students and residents alike. Their sandwiches(grinders), and pizzas are very flavorful. They are not one of the cheapest sandwiches in the area, especially compared to the chains, but its worth it. You can get a meal with a drink and a side for under $ 10 here. The grinders are amazing because they are served warm, and the bread is garlic bread. The fillings range from classic sandwich meats to chopped steak and corned beef.

When in Peoria… best sub in town., well that I’ve found so far

My favorite place to go for a sub if I’ve got the cash. They are a little bit higher priced than other chains, but the food is worth it. The portions are humongous, so order a bit smaller than you think you can eat just in case. Once the sandwich gets cold(if you have it toasted that is), it’s going to taste awful. Wilty lettuce and soaked bread are never a good thing. But while it’s hot and fresh, it’s heavenly. They knock Subway, Quizno’s and Jimmy Johns off the map.
