If there was a negative number on here that’s the one she would have gotten. Bobbie’s should NOT be in business at all!!! We went in Dec.13 2014 our bridesmaid dresses were all ordered so we could beat the prom season and have time for alterations. Wedding date was may 23 2015. We called around Feb. They didn’t know where the dresses were we can not locate them .we finally received the call April 14 th the dresses are in now everyone hurry pick them up hope they fit (did not measure well) so then find someone to get the alterations done stressful nightmare we were trying to avoid. tuxes just as bad wrong color tux on one guy no pocket squares paid extra just awful she should not be in business at alllll!!!

I was so excited to go pick out my wedding dress a few weeks ago, I arrived at bobbies bridal as i walked in two consultants just went straight to there customers and did not make me feel welcomed at all. The shop seemed to be very outdated. the selection was okay but again a lot of the dresses looked outdated and way over priced. The owner seemed to be very fake. I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere. seriously. not a happy customer don’t spend a dime there. its a scam.

I bought my wedding dress from Bobbie’s Bridal and had a great experience. Anne, my consultant, was very helpful. She was really nice, let us pick some dresses, and she grabbed some other options too. I had a pretty specific type of dress that I was looking for, but she was still able to find a bunch of options for me to try on. The dress I bought was discontinued, so I purchased the sample dress (saved a lot of money!) and brought it home with me that day. Anne gave lots of good advice about how the dress would be altered because the sample was too big. She also helped with trying on other accessories.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
My sister got married and picked a bridesmaid dress that was not being carried by any of the stores in Chicago. She found that this small town, backwards store was carrying the dress and we ordered them over the phone.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. The whole process was laughable, and all the women we dealt with were rude. The dress I received was so comically huge, the seamstress I took it to in Chicago laughed, and then very seriously told me she didn’t know if she could fix it. When I called the bridal store, they told me they had a seamstress they worked with who could fix it. Ah, there it is. What a scam!
I asked to speak to the owner and they told me they didn’t know when she’d be back. Um, ok. Got a call from the owner today, and she was incredibly rude and insisted there was nothing they could do to help me.
Shop for bridal/​bridesmaid dresses at this place at your own risk.
P. S. The seamstress in Chicago was able to fix it, and she was amazing!!! I will be writing a 5 star review for her.

I was DREADING trying on wedding dresses and Morgan at Bobbie’s bridal was AMAZING! I am very private with several body image issues and she was amazingly sweet and accommodating. She took the time to let me try on as many dresses as possible and really listened to what I wanted. She was always patient and helped me find the dress of my dreams.
I’m not sure if everyone at the store is as great but if you want a truly fun, comfortable, and exciting time, schedule an appointment with Morgan and you won’t be disappointed.

I hate this place. Major communication issues. Major shipping problems. Ugh.
