4 years ago this branch was terrific. However, the staff changed almost overnight and so did the Management. Susan the new Branch Manager is friendly until you question her about something or challenge her on a bank policy. She and her staff’s favorite answer is always «No». With the new Branch Manager came a security guard stationed at the front door who stares people down. There is no reason for a guard in this neighborhood. Chase has good online banking services, however the personal service is especially poor. This branch with the new Management is a new level of poor service. They offer poor service with a big huge friendly smile. If you like smiles and free candy this branch is for you, but if you rely on personal and business bank services… stay away.
