Dick Thulean – State Farm Insurance Agent

Dick Thulean’s office has covered my grandparents, parents, siblings and myself since before I can remember. They have always been extremely helpful when I call or email, know me by name when I walk in, happy to help me out over the phone any way possible, are patient with my non-​stop questions and genuinely care about me and my well being. They truely feel like my neighbor, even though I now live hours away from the office. I love that the same office associates are in Dick’s office for years and truely treat their work as their career and me as a valued client.
Like any small business office, yes they do work limited hours and obviously they want to sell me additional products. Even when they couldn’t match coverage for my motorcycle (AmFam was ½ the price for the same coverage) they didn’t take it personally, try to sell me less of a policy or pressure me at all. They truly do want what is best for me in my life!

Wish i have zero star for them. rude and very unprofessional agency. They are either not in office or one time they even hung up on my gf. With such a bad customer service, they still charge us more than 50% for our 2006 suzuki than our 2010 ford fusion. so we canceled our insurance here but guess what, they still keep charging us. called the customer service and they say they cant access my account because i already canceled and they need to contact the agency to see the transaction. but guess what, when the customer service contact the agency, there is nobody answer as well. so i went ahead file a dispute with my credit card and hope to get the money back. i could never imagine a insurance agency can be so unprofessoional and untrustworthy. would not recommend them to anyone
