I have been living in a two bedroom apartment here for over a year. As a single mom with two kids – when a pipe broke inside my apartment damaging the carpet I was freaked out. They had an outside plumbing company come fix the leak – but when it was all done maintenance worked hard to get my apartment looking great again and even took the time to move my dresser back to its spot when they were done. That little extra time and effort really made a difference to me, and I plan to thank them in person as well when I seen them next!

June 5th and I’m going on the 4th day with no AC. So miserably hot. Maintenance man hopes the new AC will come in this week, but I’m sure he will be in no rush considering my rant about the property mgr. 110 plus degrees outside, and I have nowhere else to go. Just paid the rent so I have no money for a hotel and no relatives to stay with. They gave me a portable air conditioning unit and at 9:30 p.m. its 86 degrees in my apartment.

How do I start… I went into the office about 2 to 2 and a half months ago and toured with Liz, She was great. We ended up renting to move in by 4/30/16.My fiancé and I decided not to move in for multiple reasons. So we walked the apartment about a week in advance and I guess the maintenance do not know how to turn an apartment very well. they left the washer and dryer on the patio for god knows how long so they were dirty when they brought them back in. the sliding glass door was never secured. the dining room window was off its track they say its normal because of the age of the building and style of the apartments. the apartment wasn’t very clean multiple other things wrong. then when we got back up to the office there was another couple very angry because of tons of things not done in their apartment. Then the fun began so my fiancé went back to the complex to make sure everything was done which almost everything was but the Assistant manager just handed her the keys so she can walk it by herself and she did. she went to the office to show her some other things wrong one was the storage on the patio was not secured and there was underwear cigarettes and something to drink. The assistant said«that’s the demographics here» So in my eyes I would take that as all they have are trashy people and homeless people there. which if I was a resident in the office I would take great offense to this. Then she started to raise her voice and get angry with my fiancé refusing to walk the apartment with her claiming it’s to late(its 5:15pm and they close at 6pm) she was being lazy and not a good worker. HERESTHEKICKER! So I believe last Monday we called asking the assistant manager if we could get keys Friday evening and she said«Yes no problem and you wont have to pay for Friday since its at the end of the day» Then when I went to the office to speak to the manager today 4⁄29 she says that they cannot do that and called the assistant and she said«she never said that» So basically calling us liars. I dug deeper into the management company «F“GRADEONTHEBETTERBUSINESSBUREAU ONEOFTHEWORSTREVIEWSINALLOFTHEIROWNCOMPANY ONEOFTHEMANAGEMENTCOMPANIESTHATSOMEOFMYCOWORKERSWOULDNEVERWORKFOR. Yes I work in the same industry and If I spoke to a resident, prospect or anyone like the way the assistant talked to my fiancé I would be out of a job. She needs to be trained in customer service and HERJOB! Obviously they don’t train very well either.

Grace, your weekend crew needs to get it together! Like unlocking the pool & jacuzzi at opening. It is now 230 pm and its still locked. This should be a basic opening duty. Matt shouldn’t have to be called to unlock it. Either way, the pool hours are 8am-10pm. Not whenever someone figures out that your staff didn’t unlock it til security comes at 9 pm to lock it. We pay for this service, its not that hard for them to figure it out. Please fix this, its seriously annoying.

Even though it did not look as glamorous as the other local complexes, I checked it out due to the larger square footage. Lo and behold, I loved the tour: the floor plan is very open and the wood* floors are beautiful. There are double doors going into the bedroom and a large closet. The gym is great and well air conditioned. The pool is large and offers a sense of community. The office staff are always helpful and the manager is awesome. I love where I live and recommend to all!

Once again they shut off my water without notice and lied about it. I don’t even feel bad after taking a few prospects not to live here. Maintenance was supposed to be here an hour ago… No show like usual… They now refuse to replace any appliances since I put my notice in, let me say, I complained about all of them pre notice… I still get wasps and bees in my apartment and my husband has had a tick jump on him walking to our apartment… This place is horrid. Message me if you’d like. The streets would be better than living here!

Spacious floor plans with the lowest price per square foot in the Northwest area. Includes valet trash and cable. I loved here for 1.5years and never had a problem; the staff in the office is polite and willing to help with anything. The pools and Jacuzzis are always clean, and the fountains in each courtyard make it pleasurable to walk up to anyone’s front door. Neighbors are quiet. Once you get in your apartment it’s easy to forget it’s not a house.
