History
Established in 2006.
IT360, Inc. was founded in February of 2006 by Don Dawson and Matt Machala, its current President and Vice President respectively. Their vision was to offer small and medium sized businesses the same support levels that were available to larger corporations, at a fraction of the cost to hire a full-time, in-house support staff.
Their ideas on how to accomplish this feat were not necessarily new. Instead, they were the culmination of the best philosophies of the large companies that Dawson and Machala were previously employed. Those fundamental values centered on responsive 24⁄7 support without inflated after-hours rates, a simple yet affordable pricing structure, and the belief that all customers are equal — regardless of their size or budget.
