I scheduled service to get my glass fixed on my iPhone 6 after dropping it over the weekend and watching it break along with my heart.
Isaiah was waiting for me at the my address after I text him that I’d be a couple of minutes late. He was very pleasant and assessed what he needed to fix. Told me he’d be 20 minutes and that he’d ring the doorbell when he was done.
The service was actually less time and completely back to its normal fully functioning self. It was great and I’d recommend them to anyone that needs their phones or electronics repaired.

The screen on my daughter’s iPhone 5S cracked. We’ve got SquareTrade coverage, which would cost me $ 75, plus the time to have it shipped, fixed, and sent back.
Was looking for local alternatives, and found the Mobile Device Docs web site. Scheduled an appt for two days out at 9:00 am.
Got a reminder text around 7:45 am, and Isaiah showed up about 5 minutes early. Got the phone fixed in ~20 minutes, confirmed it to be working, and charged $ 99.
I’m likely going to quit the SquareTrade coverage that I’ve got on the 4 phones in the house. Yeah, Mobile Device Docs charges $ 25 more to fix, but it’s fast, it’s incredibly convenient, and there’s no monthly premium.

I dropped my iPhone 5s as I have a million times in the past however this time it landed just right and shattered the screen. I’ve never broken an iPhone screen in the past and when I went to see if I had coverage through Verizon I didn’t. I was so bummed and looked into getting my screen replaced at the Apple Store. They are hard to get appointments with AND they want to charge $ 130 for my phone model. My boyfriend started looking into shops on Unilocal with good reviews. He found some decent looking ones in chandler but I didn’t want to have to drive that far to get it replaced for a decent price. He then found this one! Not only are the so completely affordable but they are also very easy to contact. You can call or schedule online like I did. As a dental hygienist I talk more than a normal female and I am very curious as well as very conscious of being on time. Being on time to me is 15 minutes early. Isiah was very impressive with his customer service, allowing me to ask questions and watch him fix my screen (which is very complicated by the way). He was more than 15 minutes early which I appreciate and he told me about how he and his brother run this operation together and with his work ethic at such a young age all I see is a bright future for this company. He is very professional, prepared, and timely. He fixed my screen before the time he was even supposed to be there for the appointment. It was cheaper than the Apple Store, he made sure everything was working properly before he left, he gave me his card for a 90 day guarantee, and provided excellent customer service. So, the new iPhone 6s came out today. Of course I wanted it BUT I didn’t need it. I NEEDed to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed! I went on Unilocal and searched for phone repairs. Called a few stores and they were highly priced. $ 140 here and $ 120 there! I would’ve went to Apple itself BUT the wait is ridiculous! Not to mention it wouldn’t have happened today (new phone release)
Anyway, I’m beyond glad I decided to go with mobile device docs! Super convenient! They come to you and you don’t need to wait! Isaiah was really nice and very knowledgable! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure every part of the phone worked by testing it out for dead pixels and the proximity also. I found this company on Unilocal and decided to book an appointment on their website for them to come out to my house to repair my cracked iphone 6 screen. They were very responsive with me via text and kept me up to date on their ETA and when they actually arrived. Isaiah was my tech and he was very friendly from beginning to end. Of course I drop my phone and the rock hits the tiny corner that the screen protector didn’t cover. I’ve called several places for a price quote and then trying to figure out a good time to go and get it fixed. I am so happy I placed my last call to this family own business. I was thrilled with their pricing but most important them coming to my house to make it convenient. Isaiah was very professional, he was knowledgeable and quick with getting my phone in tip top shape again.

These guys are the best. Quick simple process. Found them on Craigslist out of all the other companies these guys were organized and had their shit together. Cracked my 6plus screen they replaced it and did a thorough inspection after they fixed it. 5 stars I’ll be back when I drop my phone again.

This business is run so well its almost scary. Makes you think there are still solid places in the world running a quality shop. Professional service, showed up early, went above and beyond. fantastic place, do not hesitate to call. my iPhone could not have been more fucked up and it looks dam near brand new after they fixed it.

Recently, much to my mom’s dismay, she shattered her iPhone 5s screen and her heart shattered along with it. I went online and looked for a business that would do an iPhone screen repair at a reasonable price. Fortunately, I found that business in Mobile Device Docs.
I gave the Mobile Device Docs a call to schedule an appointment. Jeremiah was very professional and understanding. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn’t even have to go to a specific location; they go to any place in the Valley the customer chooses. The tech, Isaiah, showed up at my house and fixed my mom’s phone right then and there in their business van. I was very impressed with how quickly the job was done. Hopefully we won’t break any more of our devices, but if we do, I will definitely be calling the Mobile Device Docs again!

First, I dropped my iPhone 5c and shattered the screen. Isaiah was able to meet me within the hour at the dance studio where I work and replaced my screen in 30 minutes flat. He was very personable and I felt like I could trust him with my precious iPhone. The price was reasonable, actually cheaper than two stores I had called to get quotes from. Just three weeks later, the bad luck continued and my iPod touch fell off the counter rendering the screen dark and useless. I use it for my job as a dance teacher so I needed it to be fixed ASAP.
