Pro Nails By Andy

I would never send my «friends» to Andy’s. I had used Tanya and left for another salon because she was never ready at my appointment time. At the time of my appointment she would just be starting on another client and this wasn’t because I was late. The first two times I said I would come back but the third time was just too much. I went else where for a year then came back. The first fill she filled so far down my finger tips actually hurt. She did the same thing on my second appointment, this was to all my nails not just one or two that she could have made a mistake. Six months later they are still growing out so you won’t be able to see the two lines she made on each nail. The second time she said she cut out an in grown toe nail. It hurt so bad I was grabbing onto the chair. I have never had an in grown toe nail and still don’t.

Ok. So i get it your family is in another country and you want to talk to them. Step out and talk to them not while you are waxing my under arm and telling them to wave at me on face time when im topless! And because she wasnt paying attention she left the hot wax on for too long and now i have blisters. And privacy is a big thing for a female that is topless (and not a striper) but she thought it was ok to leave the door to the room wide open. The one star I am giving is because my husband got a pedicure and like it.

Needless to say I have two different shaped very thin eyebrows. LOL like really THANK YOU. I also appreciate the really the hot wax dropped on to my eyelid. Was given a coupon for next time I will not be back. Holy crap.

My pedicure was expensive and rushed. I felt like more of an inconvenience than a customer. And he cut half my toe nail off– ouch!

Do not go here for a manicure. The woman cut both of my cuticles on my thumbs and they were bleeding. She nicked two others as well. She also used her own «special» nail file that was not clean. Just awful.

Pedicure was ok, but not great. I was charged $ 6 for callus remover and the girl missed big spots of calluses on the back of my heel.
Other nail techs seemed rude– 1 would ask someone if they needed help, then wouldn’t listen to them and would start talking to someone else over the top of them. Another argued with a client about whether or not the phone system was working.
Overall, I wouldn’t make this place my new go-​to, but it’s not bad.

Went there a few times over the past few months. After third visit and gel nails being rushed through by a technician who can’t stop crying, I’m sorry it was time to move on. The manicure was sloppy. Seems like the staff has a lot of drama going on but they are genuinely nice, hope they work things out.

Went in at 10AM on a Saturday, and was greeted and seated right away! They have lovely décor, and a wide variety of polishes on the wall. I spent 40 $ on a set of gel tips, slightly expensive but definitely worth it. I love love my nails!!! I recommend Pro Nails by Andy!

This place is amazing! My nails always look amazing from the time I get them done until I come in for a fill about 2 – 3 weeks later. I highly recommend Tanya or really anyone there.

One of the best pedicures that i’ve experienced in a loooong time! Over the years I’ve had so many pedis– everything from the uuber expensive ones from resort hotels and the cheap-​o ones around the corner. I would dare say that the pedicure from Pro Nails by Andy could rival even the best of my past pedis.
I was greeted and in a pedi chair quickly and on time (sometimes a rare happening at certain places). I got the Euro Pedi– hot towels, sugar scrub and massage. I feel like I got 2 massages– the sugar scrub massage lasted as long as the lotion massage and was incredible! When massages were done I got hot towels and a hot stone leg rub down, The polish went on and I added a design. I recieved this adorable tri-​color design on both big toes complete with a wisp of glitter– I felt a little guilty that the design only cost $ 5– worth more for sure.
No need to hunt for another nail place – if you live in Glendale or Peoria, come here :)

I have felt very fortunate to have known Andy for many years now. His services make my wife super happy and her nails are always the rave her friends.

I was so pleased as a new customer! I had Annie and she did such a great job!!! I will most definitely be coming back here the owner was doing the toes on the lady next to me and was so nice;-() I was so impressed with how clean it was and the friendly employees! I base where I go on Unilocal and I was very happy here!!! Get here early they fill up fast but take their time on each person :-()

They are sweet and will conversate with you unlike a lot of other salons I’ve been to in the past.

If I could use less than one star as a rating for this place I would. I walked in there asking for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The woman who did my nails, Linda, sucked. she rushed my pedicure and then the manicure she was very rough and didn’t even put any lotion on my fingers. I must say I asked for something a little complicated, I asked for some glitter on my fingernails. I didn’t like what she did. I told her, and she complained that there were other people waiting so she didn’t want to fix it. I made her fix it because I really hated it and so when she did she continued to ruin all the nails instead of the couple that had the glitter on it. The real definition of chop shop is this place.

The owner Andy and his staff were kind, professional and amazing! Finally, I have found an amazing experience!
I highly recommend this business and am so glad I found them!

Love this place! I had a gel manicure today as well as a gel pedicure and my toes and fingers have never looked so good! Everyone here is so friendly and they really know how to pamper you! I left feeling fabulous and felt like a new woman. I am very meticulous when it comes to my hands and tootsies and I must say the girls did an outstanding job!

I had written this review prior and just realized it was written on the wrong location! There is another «Nails by Andy» So here it is… and as a follow up, yes, they are always busy. However, they had many more techs the other times I went in after the review. So just a very short wait. This nail salon is further than the other ones near me but it’s worth the trip. It’s my new spot! Thanks Andy!
Love this place! It can be so hard to find a nice place to get your nails done and not have to wait too long. This place is clean and newly decorated. Andy did my nails and I forget the gentleman who did my pedi, but he was very nice, and I got such a long massage! Andy was nice and did an excellent job on my nails. Typically, around the 9^th or 10^th day my nails start to look eh and I get them done again around the 14^th day. It is now the 14^th day and honestly I could go another week or so without getting them done! But I’m still going to go because it’s so enjoyable!
The only slight negative would be that they were very busy and I had to wait a bit for my nails… it was memorial day weekend and they were short staffed so I’m sure it’s not typical for them. We’ll see!

Linda gave me a great pedicure and was super sweet. She listened to the colors I wanted and used a picture I showed her to design my big toe flower. See picture with blue polish and pink and yellow flower. This is what my feet looked like after a month. I got so many compliments for over a month. Haha! When I’m in town, I will go back.
