Pump It Up

I have only been here for a birthday party but it was a wonderful time. The organization of it was wonderful and everyone had a grand time. I would love to come back and play her with my daughter sometime.

First impression was it was a bit small and maybe we should’ve just gone to McDonalds. But I had already paid, so we gave it a shot and my 3 year old, Brett, did finally enjoy it.
It was $ 8 +tax for two hours. At first Brett only wanted the video games, which of course aren’t included, but after some time he did explore on a few of the bounce houses. There’s two rooms each with 3 bounce houses. Seems like it could get crazy if it was busy, lucky for us it wasn’t.
In the end, Brett was happy and he burned off some energy and had fun doing it. Pretty successful!

Had my daughters first b-​day there was really cut short not even 2 hours kids wished they had more play time especially for the money we payed. Staff was great

We love this place! Parents don’t have to pay, but can play. Our kid can play here for hours and he does! Even after hours of play, he still isn’t ready to leave! I have to peel him away.
I LOVE the employees! The first time there, my kid was quite young and I lost him. I don’t know how I lost sight of him because I have never lost him before or since! I ran to the employee up front in a freak out and he reacted as if it was his kid lost! He asked, «What is he wearing?» He moved with speed and knew right where to look. It turns out my kid sat at one of the video games that has a high back seat and I walked right past him.
I have been to many birthday parties here and I have always been super impressed primarily with the staff! The parties are well organized and offers a lot of fun for kids and the adults! We have a big family gathering each year, so I haven’t planned a party here, but we certainly are excited every time we get invited to one!!!
I highly recommend this place for hours of kid fun!!!

My daughter wanted to have her 5^th birthday here and we decided that even though it costs more than we would normally like to spend on a party, since its her 5^th we would do it this time. What a mistake. I called and booked the party on tax day specifically because they were running specials. When I booked the party, I was told that we would be getting 2 pizzas and two two liter sodas for the adults for free as well as well as a free party experience. The next time called, there was no mention of any of that in their notes. When I told them, they told me that they would make sure to add it to their notes. I was then called back about 10 minutes later and told that we could either get the pizzas and soda OR the party experience for free, not both. So, I told them we would take the pizzas and sodas but we would pay for the party experience since it was a Wonder Woman themed party. The next time I called, they again had no mention of the party experience being added so I had to tell them again.
For the superhero training camp that we added, I was told that there was going to be games, music, races and more. They played maybe 2 minutes of superhero music, did one race, and chased one bad guy. That was it. Even the website says «When the Heroes in training complete the Training Camp, they will receive an I.D. Card and a Superhero Mask. The Hero of Honor also receives their very own Superhero Cape and Certificate of Completion.» None of the kids at the party got a mask or I.D. card and my daughter did not get a certificate. She did get a cape, thrown into the bin with her gifts that she didn’t even see it till we got home. I would in no way, ever pay for this again.
Every time I called, I was told something different. The party experience still wasn’t added on after I told them I wanted to pay for it three times. When I called to let them know what food I wanted, they again did not add the two pizzas and soda that were free because of the special that was going on when I booked the party. And, one day before the party, I was told that my party was now at 2:15 instead of 2:20. When I asked why there was a change, I was told that their computer system had been updated and they no longer have a 2:20 time slot. When I asked why we were not called before, the kid just said «sorry». I paid over $ 400 for this party and they couldn’t call me to let me know the time had changed? Not to mention, the kid on the phone then tried to tell me that we still had to pay for our food the day after my husband had called and paid off the entire party.
Nothing was easy about this party. I had to call and double check every detail, something I feel I shouldn’t have had to do after paying as much as we did. Also, when they changed the time without letting us know I was told that they would go ahead and start the party at 2:20 like we scheduled, they didn’t. They started the party early in fact. Also, the people who are supposed to be in the room taking pictures disappeared for almost the entire second half of the party, so we have no pictures of any of that. I will never book another party here
I’m sure you are wondering why I didn’t complain. I did. I asked to speak to a manager on the phone almost every time I called and was told that the manager was not in. The day of the party, I really just wanted to try to enjoy my daughters birthday with her. The parties are only scheduled for 2 hours and I did not want to spend the entire time trying to get them to make things right. This place seems to be run by teenagers who really don’t care how much you paid or that you are trying to make your child’s birthday special. Not one person made me feel like cared at all.

The kids enjoyed it. My brother told me they have a deal on Friday — $ 5 per person. The staff was nice and the location was clean. They have free wireless so I was able to work while the kids played. There are two sides to this location. The side on the left has black lights. If you’re out of shape you may want to think twice about climbing the bouncy slide. It is a tad bit of a workout for parents with littles. Overall good experience I would return. Oh the positive side is they have a pump it up screen to take pictures with. I love those things.

Attended for my niece’s birthday party recently. We had fun but boy do they get you in and out fast… like assembly line fashion!
The only issue I saw was the young man cutting the cake licked frosting off his fingers between passes through the cake. This is an innocent mistake, but when you work in the service industry – a major no-​no. And this – for me – brings them to 3 stars.

I went here for my niece and nephews birthday party and they had a good time. Staff was very organized. They had a few different rooms and they would tell you when to move to the next one. The staff was taking photos and great with the kids. The kids had pizza and soda and we brought in a cake. Everyone enjoyed themselves, great party location.

Had my son’s 6^th bday party here. It was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. The party was well organized, even when we switched arenas it was so smooth. The equipment was in good shape, clean. The staff took a bunch of awesome pics while we were playing. The party room was neat and clean. Lots of room to move around and relax. Nice and cool temperatures. I highly recommended a party here especially for the summer months. Even the food was delicious. The kids and parents all had a blast.

Much better now! I took both of my daughters there last fall and they loved it. Then in January I was told that my youngest was not big enough; this made it challenging for me to take my girls. I just went back for the 1^st time since then and there are toys for younger kids to play with now. Both girls had a blast and I will start going back there again. I just wish there were bounce houses designated just for the younger kids. That is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

We love this place! I had my daughters bday party here last year and we love to come for open jump. Nice facility and staff.

Clean location. Staff could be more energetic. They were yawning, during the party.

I have been to a few kid bouncy parties before and some of them the other Pump It Up locations. The place is clean, neat, but a little warm. The staff is very nice. This location is a little different. They had 3 rooms. Room #1 — 3 bouncy: small slide, basketball, and obstacle course. We were in there for 30 to 40 mins. Then Room #2 — 3 bouncy again: Huge slide, mini obstacle, and boxing ring. Again, another 30 to 40 mins. Room #3 — Cake and pizza room. All the kids had fun but they were sweaty. But room #3 they turn down the AC so it was cool after 15 mins.
