Raylene’s Total Salon Concepts hair salon was started by Raylene Ressler in a single room location. The business has grown and now has two locations in Peoria, Il., and Princeville, Il., with twenty plus chairs offering services including hair styling, waxing, facials and more. Raylene has been a big part of the Peoria area salon industry for over 34 years. Many of Peoria’s top stylists have worked at her award winning salons. She is passionate about her job and believes that she plays a small but important part in creating a positive self-​image for her customers. Raylene feels that it is important to listen to her customers and learn as much as possible about them. She uses these insights to develop collaborative and innovative solutions for her customers. It’s not just the hair or the makeup, it’s the whole person.

Raylene spends a lot of time focused on building her business and brand, when she does have downtime she enjoys painting, horses and playing golf. Her personal ethos is to treat people as you would want to be treated.
