Re-Bath and 5 Day Kitchens

Why doesn’t Unilocal allow zero stars? This place is just awful. I had a rep come out to my house to give an estimate on just a tub. He made me choose tile, colors, etc., and never told me what the price differences were. I told him numerous times that I wanted to keep my prices low. Finally he came up with my grand total of 13,341 if I agreed right away, otherwise it would be 1200 more if I wanted to think it over! Are you kidding me?
Have you ever been to a time share presentation? I am assuming this is what they use as their business model. I felt scammed and «worked over.» This is not the kind of business I would spend my hard earned dollars on. Save yourself some frustration and dollars. Go somewhere else.

Was not impressed with the customer service. We scheduled a consultation and after waiting 45 min the lady never showed. We called the store and said there was a mix up in scheduling (understandable). We rescheduled our appt … the lady did not show again. It has been 40 min and she still has not shown or called us that she was going to be late. A courtesy call would have been nice. However a no show twice?! What kind of business is this?

We weren’t impressed with the selection in the showroom and the woman working in the store wasn’t very friendly. Against our better judgment we went ahead and scheduled a free in-​home consultation. It took two weeks for them to come out. He tried to waste my time with a slide show of how great their company is; I had to ask him to skip the dog and pony show and get on to the design and estimate. He showed me a lot of pics of bathrooms they’ve done in the past and I wasn’t impressed with any. They all looked like generic, basic bathrooms. Then he showed me the $ 9,500 estimate for JUST a tub and tiled surround. When I asked for a detailed estimate he said «that would take 4 hours. I just click on this package and that’s what it gives me». So that estimate was for a tub we didn’t even get to pick out and tile surround without selecting any tile. When I told him that was more than double any other estimate he of course insulted the other companies that can’t possibly be as good as theirs. He was kinda rude and even insulted me for only spending 4 years in the military-​unlike his son that’s been in ten. NEXT!
