We offer classes in papercrafting for the card maker, scrapbooker and a little mixed media, Friday evening crops, open lab time, and large die cut center.

History

Established in 2009.

As a former employee of a large chain store (closed in Feb. 2008) specializing in paper crafting, I decided to open a paper crafting marketplace for shoppers on the Westside of Phoenix. Scraps of Love offers a wide selection of products for the card maker, rubber stamp artist and scrapbooker.

Business Owner

I have been working in the paper crafting business since 1997. I have always loved crafting and it was a dream to open my own retail store. I started as an independent consultant for Close To My Heart. Then in 2005 I landed my dream job at Recollections. Worked my way from a part-​time sales associate to a full-​time, management position before Michael’s closed the Recollection stores on early 2008. In the summer of 2008 former co-​workers and friends started holding Crop, Class and Shopping Events twice a month. After many successful events, we decided to open our own store in January 2009. Lives change and in July 2012, I became the sole owner of Scraps of Love formally known as Crop Girls.
