They keep most of your security deposit but not all. I got 30.00 back from a 700.00 deposit. He knows it’s too much hassle to try to claim it. Would never rent from them again. Oh, and once in my 2 years with them, I called that I would be 2 days late with rent, because commission check was delayed… Too bad, you pay 10% more for being late, no exceptions.
