Tres Adames provides Christian counseling to adults, teens, children, and families in Peoria, Arizona (serving Phoenix, Surprise, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, and Goodyear). Tres received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Asbury University and Master of Divinity degree from Wesley Biblical Seminary. His professional experience includes providing counseling for depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, codependency, and parenting and relationship issues. He utilizes solid Biblical theology and effective counseling strategies.

Tres’ counseling office is located in Peoria, Arizona and serves those living in Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Goodyear, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Business Owner

I have a desire to help those struggling with emotional issues after going through my own spiritual journey of healing and transformation. My parents divorced when I was a child and I struggled with being bullied as a teen. Needless to say, I dealt with a lot of confusion and hopelessness during those years until things began to change. I went through counseling of my own and began to find healing from wounds of the past. I continued this journey for the next several years and felt called to help others looking for emotional and spiritual support.

My desire is to be approachable and unshockable as a counselor. I believe God desires us to live by His grace and truth. Finding that balance can be difficult and is only found by communing on a daily level with Christ as well as close loved ones. I’m excited to be on the journey and am passionate about helping others weave a transformative story of their own.
