History

Established in 1984.

I have always wanted to impact others. I am a nurse, massage and pain relief therapist, and a Transformational Life Coach. All that to say that I have a unique ability to help you through tough situations to find the answers your are looking for and the peace of mind that you can Be Your Best.

I have have coached over the phone or in the office. The point is to assist you to find the peace and overcome the overwhelm, stress, and depression that comes with the changes in life.
